Service and staff here are outstanding. We’ve seen Dr. Murphy for two different issues in the last 13 years, and he is the best. Thorough and kind and attentive. The staff is fantastic - always eager to help and have gone above and beyond.. Agatha and Crystal have especially been helpful - very efficient and have happily worked with us to make our schedules work for surgery. Would highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Louisville Family ENT for several years now. I see Dr. Secor and every time he has been great. I’ve seen him previously for sinus infections and recently for a nasal bone fracture. The staff are great and that helps when they are the first you see. That is a plus to me. Tiffany was awesome and always very helpful answering my questions over the phone. Denise was efficient getting paperwork I needed for work. Everyone was so helpful and that eased my stress. I was able to get in and out in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Murphy put ear tubes in for my little one. We have been seeing him for 4 years and he has been absolutely wonderful. My son is never afraid to go in and see him! I love the staff and appointments are always quick and easy.

I have only been a patient of Louisville Family ENT for less than a year and I am completely impressed with their quality and professionalism all the way around. Every time I am expecting them to call to make an appointment or give me results they are VERY quick to get back to me. I have had one surgery with them with Dr. Brian Murphy and I was nothing but impressed. He did an amazing job and they were quick to return phone calls with any concerns I had. Im soon going to receive an tonsillectomy from Dr. Brian Murphy this month and knowing he is the surgeon I am not the least bit worried. All in all I love Louisville Family ENT and HIGHLY recommend them.

This appointment was for my 81 year old Father who has issues with his throat and ears. Our physician listened to his concerns and addressed each one of them. The Doctor examined his ears and then did a scope on his throat to confirm what the issue was he was experiencing. My Dad felt reassured his issued were address during our visit and he commented that he really like the physician we saw.

Unfortunately the day that I went there the doctors were running about an hour and a half to two hours late. It was my first visit with Dr. Murphy and he was very nice. However, this was a follow up visit to an ultrasound and could’ve been handled just as easily over the phone for him to tell me everything was fine and to come back in two years. The visit lasted about five minutes.

Dr. Murphy and every other staff member I’ve encountered at Louisville Family ENT have been fabulous! Dr. Murphy was kind, understanding, knowledgeable and immediately came up with a plan to help me, making sure I understood and was comfortable with every aspect of it. The staff has been professional & super sweet every step of the way! I highly recommend the practice!

I am surgical coordinator for an outpatient surgery center and working with their surgery scheduler, Agatha is wonderful. She is efficient, helpful and kind. Kodi and Ashley always answer the phone whenever I call and they always seem happy and ready to help me. I highly recommend this practice for their great staff and great physicians.

I saw Dr. Murphy about the inspire for sleep apnea. He explained the whole procedure he did not rush me to see other patients like most MD do. He gave me the opportunity to ask questions, he told me the pro and con of the surgery. He was very professional and kind. Agatha was very sweet also she went over all the directions for the surgery. I am VERY comfortable using Dr. Murphy as my surgeon!!!!!!!!

Dr. Murphy was excellent. However, my wait was substantial and I had clients waiting for me at my office. I would have rather rescheduled than have endured the stress. If there is a substantial wait, it may be helpful to patients like me, to be told of the length of the wait and given the option of rescheduling. But for the wait, the posting would have been five stars.

My son has been seeing Dr. Murphy since 2019 and he has been amazing with him. I was scared to find another ENT since my son has autism and the last one was very rude, didnt wanna listen, and didnt want to help us. Dr. Murphy did and still does.He answered all of my questions, reassured my worries, etc.My son had tubes put in, they were placed May 2019 and since than my sons heating has gone up to 100% and hes talking and understanding a whole lot better. We are truly grateful for him. 💞

Not a good experience. Waited 40 mins for the doctor to look at my baby for 30 secs and talk to me like I’m stupid when I’ve already been told by several other medical professionals that she does have the issue I was sent for. Stuck his finger in her mouth and that was it. Didn’t try to see how her lip actually affected anything, didn’t try to see it moving and see how tight the tie is. Told me it wasn’t significant right now but would be later. What a waste of time. It may “be my first baby” like he asked but I know when there’s a problem and I’ll find a doctor that actually cares.

This office has been absolutely wonderful! Dr. Murphy was the nicest andmost compassionate doctor with the best bedside manner towards my 12 year old son. The staff were so caring and pleasant to deal with. Special shout out to Agatha and her staff in PAs. They moved mountains to make sure we were scheduled for surgery in a crazy fast manner because they knew my son was in pain. I would VERY MUCH recommend this office to anyone looking for an ENT!!

The biggest problem with Dr. Bryan Murphy is that he is not a podiatrist, dentist, optometrist, cardiologist, or anything else one might need. You see, when a doctor is this good, you want them to fix everything under the sun.Dr. Bryan Murphy is one of the best doctors on Earth, IMO. I base this on years of experience under his care. His ‘bedside manner’ is tops... all the while his actions and ENT knowledge rolls out easily and effortlessly. Just... the best!

Baptist east has the best staff! The doctors and nurses are compassionate and caring. They took excellent care of me and didnt have me feeling like a big baby after surgery when I was sick from the anesthesia. Very nice people! I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you Baptist East for giving me the best care Ive ever had.

Dr. Secor is an amazing doctor. The surgery center at Eastpoint is clean, communicative, and was relieving of all my worries. I had a smooth surgery experience and they helped ease my stress.

This location was a pleasant visit. Covid19 safe and the staff was friendly and very helpful. The Dr that I saw was attentive to my needs and also helpful with my concerns. I would advise others to use this location as well for their ENT needs.

Dr. Murphy has treated two of my three children. 5 years ago, he removed my daughter’s tonsils and adenoids and a year ago, he put tubes in my youngest son’s ears. Both experiences were amazing!! He is currently treating my youngest for issues with a lymph node and I am always impressed with our interactions. He is thorough, calming and great with the kids.

I saw Dr Chad Secor for a second opinion on some hearing issues I have been having. From the moment I walked in the door until I left all of the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Dr Secor was more than willing to discuss the issues I was having and laid out several options. Dr Secor spent time explaining what he believed was the best course of action and why, and then ultimately left the decision up to me and didnt try to force me into deciding one thing over another. I will definitely be adding Dr Secor to my list of doctors to see whenever I am having ENT issues.

They don’t even deserve a one star honestly. I went last week to have my daughter looked at. The doctor recommended putting tubes in her ears and said that he would have the lady schedule the surgery for me but she had left for the day. So they said she’d call me the next day. We went in on a Tuesday and I never heard anything back. So I called Friday left a voicemail, called Monday left a voicemail AND I called today and left a voicemail and the woman has yet to return my calls. I left detailed messages. My name, my daughters name, phone number and reason why I’m calling. I don’t know what else to do other than never go back and try an spare someone else from having to go through this. My daughter has had 4 ear infections since September so getting tubes is 100% necessary. I sure hope that woman doesn’t have kids because she doesn’t care about anyone else. I will never recommend this office to anyone I know ever.

Actually took phone call between appointments to answer a few follow-up questions, so no phone tag.Staff was friendly and helpful. Had two office visits and once surgical visit; doc was 24 minutes behind for last appointment which is still probably faster than national average...Will update if anything changes.
