I’m so upset with this company! The last two times I took my mother there for her “check-ups” we had to sit through sales pitches! Today was over two hours of hearing being explained, hearing tests and sales pitches to my 88 year old mother who hadn’t had lunch. She was shaking when we left. Even though she had told him up front she wasn’t buying anything he kept on. She is on a very fixed income and $5000 to $9000 for new hearing aids is not an option! And to top it off when offered the cheaper ones, was told there was no way to see how they worked before buying them. We were told she had 30 days to try them but when asked the options if she wasn’t satisfied, the doctor told her reluctantly that she could get her money back but he didn’t even want to go there if my mom wasn’t sure she even wanted them! Big, big red flag!!

Today I walked in trying to see what i could do to get my step son his hearing aides that his mother wouldnt give us and I didnt know where to start. Though they couldnt help me because of my insurance, they went above and beyond. They helped me find several places that can help and were super friendly. Thank you guys for your kindness.

Working with Alex to get my hearing aids fine-tuned has been a wonderful experience. He is so nice. I am so happy I chose to finally get the hearing help I needed. I would recommend this location 100%. The staff is also very nice.
