Went to Watson first and that was the biggest mistake. We came early in the season to code blue and I am so thankful for all the help, low prices and service. We bought our pool and it was delivered really fast and the contractor that was recommended was great to work with. This place is laid back and they know there stuff. Keep up the great work!

Only leaving one star because I have to. I called to discuss pools and pricing. Without even knowing if I had any idea of what I wanted I was told I had to come in to the store - right know during Covid 19. I explained that I had small children and I didnt want to bring them out and he told me you can leave them in the car or get a babysitter instead of even offering a discussion at a later time if he was currently busy, etc. I called because several of the reviews were so good and stated how helpful the company was over the phone, that was not how I was treated. We are ready to purchase a pool, but it will sadly not be at this location. They may have great customer service, but it was definitely not given out today.

The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable! I frequent this place during pool season and I’ve never had a bad experience. The chemicals are priced fairly and the other items they sell are high quality. The balloons that you put under your winter tarp always stay inflated and the tarps also make it through the offseason fine.

We had been talking about getting a pool for years. We moved into a nee home a few years ago that finally had a good spot. I started calling pool companies and none would answer the phone, and those that did, took my information and assured me they would be in touch. Guess what, NO response. After a couple of weeks waiting and looking, we found Code Blue. I called, it rang once and they answered. I had a long conversation which led to me driving an hour from my home to their establishment. To sum up, I chose them. If you want a pool, call them, ask for Grace. She will take care of you before, during, and after the purchase. I highly recommend Code Blue Pools.

My wife and I bought a house in the fall of 2017 that had an above ground pool in the back yard. My wife nor I had ever had a pool and really didn’t know what was all involved in maintaining one. Not being from Louisville we didn’t know what pool supply store to use that would help educate us on pool maintenance. We went to two different places who looked down to us and treated us like we were stupid for not knowing what we were doing.Then we found Code Blue. Grace, Bob and the entire staff are exceptional people. They are always willing to help and answer questions. They are true, honest and aren’t looking to sell you things you don’t need. No matter if you are new to pools, like my wife and I, or an seasoned veteran, Code Blue Pools & Supplies is where you want to go.

It is so nice having this pool store in our area. The staff is helpful and knowlegeable. They have helped me with all my pool problems. Not only educated me on pool care but went above and beyond teaching me little tricks and advice that no other pool store bothered with. The staff is outstanding.

Code blue pools is one of the best company’s in the city! They are friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful. They helped me get my swamp to the most clear pool I have ever seen in a couple weeks time. The most common compliment I get for my pool is that it looks like there is no water in it haha. Staff is really nice but prices are 3 times higher than Amazon. I expected a markup for a brick and mortor store but $27.55 for 1 quart of clarifier vs $10.55 on Amazon with free same day delivery. You can grab a gallon at Costco when they have it in stock for 8 bucks.Called less than 5 minutes after my wife got home to see if theyd take it back, but they didnt. Of course it says on the receipt no returns on chemicals.
