Their website and sign on the front of the door to the entrance of the store says they open at 11 o clock. Posted on the front of the door with a yellow posted note said they were gone to lunch and they’d be back at 12. Who opens a store at 11 and takes a lunch break and closes the store from 11-12? That makes no sense.

Not welcoming or friendly. Old guy behind the counter didn’t greet us or even look our direction… only ones in the store too.

Experience at the store was fine but the shoes are very uncomfortable. They dont make them like they use to. Does anybody still make a good shoe?

This is edited from a 1 star to a 5 star review due directly to the help I received from John and Janet over at the store, they listened and solved my repeated issues with an easy 1/2 size increase.... I actually ended up spending more money to get a perfect fit. Thank you John and Janet for all of your help!

I like this brand for the quality. A little pricey for some, but you have to pay for good quality. The 2 stars is for their terrible customer service. Twice I have ordered shoes that did not arrive on the date promised. The managers response? You can return them when you get them.I was in the store looking for comfortable shoes. I was interested in the Pattison and inquired about them. The associate was trying to help me, and kept suggesting other shoes. It felt like he didnt want me to buy that shoe. Eventually he gets my size and goes to the back, only to come back with 3 other pairs of shoes, but not the ones I asked about. I dont think its that hard to get a customer the shoe that they are obviously interested in.

I always have a pleasent experience at this location. Employees are couteous, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. Decent selection for a very small store.

Dont buy anything here unless you want a catalog every month for the REST OF YOUR LIFE. Ive called 3 times trying to get them to stop.
