I am rating this based on a commercial experience not residential. We wanted to upgrade our lighting in the machine shop. Opted for led high bay lighting and Tocor carries Keystone fixtures. They are amazing lights and the service from Jeremy and Alan was spot on. They helped me out by letting me get a sample fixture to hang up and see what we could expect. The price was honest and fair. They werent out to gouge us and retire from one sale. It turned out to be a much bigger purchase than we initially planned since the lighting was so good we continued to upgrade in other sections of the building. We have one more room to do sometime this year and will definitely be using Tocor again for it.

Employees of this company enjoy going onto social media platforms and inciting arguments on topics that dont concern them. When people try to engage them in civilized discourse, they insult them with misogynistic, vulgar, and inflammatory slurs and speech.They freely admit that they work for the company and do not care that they are speaking to people in a disrespectful and derogatory manner, most likely because they have no fear of reproach or retribution.As such, I would avoid the company, because if the employees are to be believed, the views they express are held by the rest of the company.

I needed to replace existing emergency lighting and exit lighting for the doors and various sites within our church. I called Doug Pinson at Tocor, he was able to tell me how to open the various units, write down the particulars for each, and if possible to take a picture for each unit to show him. He was able to explain working and non-working lighting attibutes. Once I knew what to look for and the information to give Doug at Tocor, he was able to take care of all of my battery needs that same day. He had everything in stock and at 50% savings to home building stores and 200% savings from an everyday electrician, all I had to do was to take the time to put it in myself. Piece of cake:)
