After 38 plus years working with various vendors/suppliers Cardinal Tool shines the brightest with service and pricing #1 !We all experience busy times and we have to have understanding we are human . With that said I have never been put off nor not gotten back to from these 3 people .IF there was a mistake it was taken care of usually in less time than it takes me to get on the internet .In the 4 times there was a correction needed it was my mistake 2 of the 4 times - pretty good track record !A phone call away was all that was needed to order items in need for our site . During outage times I have made calls in the wee hours of the morning - guess what - try that with big catalog suppliers .They understood our needs- sometimes a special need came across and they bent over backwards to find what would work for us . They made my job look easy - in fact some thought it was an easy thing to do .Now they are learning why it looked that way !I would highly recommend Cardinal for your needs - period .Pricing can be all over the place - does not means it is more important than SERVICE .Thank you from me and the site for the pleasure of doing business with you !

Went in here looking for a tool. Lady was in there and showed us some catalogs, she couldnt answer the phone and let us continue looking through the catalogs. We had to get out and come back moday. She was so rude, i couldnt believe the way we were treated. She was so disrespectful.
