My significant other worked here for almost 4 years. Recently, his supervisor told another employee he is about to be a stay at home dad anyway - what a professional thing to say to other workers especially when the person you are talking about is not present to hear it.... and they get upset when employee morale is low.. studies tend to show that when employee morale is low it is usually a direct result of poor management. Anyhow, his supervisor said that to another employee, then a few days later, on a Friday, looked at his attendance points with him on the computer and told my significant other that he was good he just could not get anymore points for the time being. The following Monday he was fired for attendance. After allowing him to work a full shift for them of course. Again, impressively professional..They would frequently call mandatory overtime for everyone when there wasnt anything for some departments to do. What a poor handling of corporate funds. Weeks later they would have to cut people early because of it. Why not just use your engineering smarts to do some minimal math and do overtime when and where it is needed? We had a baby this year and I guess they expect employees to beg and plead and cry to hr not to get attendance points for medical things instead of taking a point. Even with a doctors note you get a point. If you can even make it to the doctor during open hours when you have to be there for overtime or risk getting points and losing your job. They are against unionizing which is never a sign that a company has their employees best interest at heart. There are plenty of employees there on meth, etc. It would be an ugly day if drug dogs ever were called in.They offer their employees some perks, have appreciation lunches for them and buy them pizza to make up for this. Im sorry, that may buy over some people, but that is nothing but placating to me. Impressive facilities though and A company that seems to be really well ran otherwise and up and coming and expanding, its a shame they dont take care of their people better. Workers are expendable to corporations though of course.
Very professional. Great product.
