Best place around to get a mattresses hands down!!

My fiancé and I can not say enough about our wonderful experience today at Louisville Mattress. We were helped by Todd, the owner, who was very friendly! We had originally looked at a different store by they wanted 3K plus for a standard memory foam mattress. So, after leaving the original store we found Louisville mattress on google and it had great reviews so we took a chance and we are so happy we did. We paid half the price for what I believe is a better quality bed than what can be found at a chain store. Thank you so much for your fantastic service!

I truly cannot say enough good words about louisville mattress. Todd (the owner) had us in and out in about 15 minutes. He had a great selection of mattress sets, mattress protectors, bed sheets, and they even sell locally made honey & CBD products!!! We had went to about 3-4 different mattress places before coming to louisville mattress… & nothing compared to his products & amazing service. We were very pleased with Todd and his knowledge on mattresses. He helped us find a king mattress that would fit our need for buying a new one to replace our old worn out one. We were able to lay on the mattresses that were recommended so we could feel how comfortable they were. We liked that it is a locally owned and operated business so that we could buy from someone with connections to the local area we live in. Todd even worked a nice deal for us and made us feel very welcome in the store. We will recommend this place for anyone interested in buying a mattress.

Hey Todd, I bought a mattress sometime in 2019 and and coils are broken and cant sleep on it now. also, the box spring is broken. Is there any warranty?

While he didnt have the kinda odd ball item I wanted, he was more than happy to put in an order and have it shipped to me.

Easy to deal with and got a great deal. Very helpful and didnt feel like I was being pushed to buy anything.

My husband and I ordered a very soft memory foam mattress, we spent close to $800 for it and we were looking forward to picking it up. When we got to the store the salesman said that the bed that we picked out and paid for was sold to someone else but they had another mattress that was supposed to be the same that we could take and he offered us $200 back. So we took the mattress and it was very firm not soft like we asked for and paid for. We had to get a 4 inch thick mattress topper to make the bed more comfortable to sleep on.

Stopped by here about a month ago and Todd was great. Found a bed that works perfectly for my family and have slept better this past month than I have in awhile. Dude knows his stuff and will work hard to get you what you want for a great price.

This time I decided to do some research and find a good local mattress store where I could try some options and hopefully make a better choice.I saw that Louisville Mattress was locally owned and had great reviews, so I wandered over one weekend to check it out. I was greeted by Todd (the friendly owner) who asked what I was looking for in a mattress and recommended several options for me to try. As I tried them, he pointed out the various features without any sales pressure whatsoever. When I found one that I thought was perfect, but it was just out of my price range, I mentioned that to Todd and he was able to give me a great deal on it. The delivery crew was awesome too – they showed up on time, made sure it was set up perfectly, and even moved my old mattress into another room for me.I’ve had my new mattress for about a month and my back and joints are soooo much happier. As a college student I was looking to buy a mattress for my new place so Todd offered me a good deal on one of the queen mattresses. He even helped load the mattress on the back of my car. I drove past other mattress stores to a different area of town to check out this place based on its high ratings, and I was not disappointed. This was the third mattress store I tried and was immediately impressed by the salesmans relaxed, informative, not-pushy manner (which was unlike other salespeople I had encountered.) He allowed me to take my time and try several mattresses; he offered information if I needed it but wasnt breathing down my neck or trying to sell me the most expensive models. When I made my choice and went to ring up my purchase, I realized that the salesman was in fact the store owner. He made friendly conversation with me and helped me arrange an affordable way to get my mattress transported to my home. Nothing beats supporting a LOCAL, friendly Louisville business!

My grandmother and I came in to the store, both looking to buy new mattresses. My grandmother and I both have good, yet expensive taste. I was only looking for a twin mattress however, and my grandmother a full. It did not take me long to find my mattress and I put the order in. My grandmother however was still looking. She showed interest in this mattress that was already sold but asked the lady how long it would take to come in. Instead of answering my grandmothers question, she attempted to revert her attention to another (cheaper) mattress, while retorting that the mattress she was looking at was kind of expensive. She repeated herself several times and my grandmother and I repeated ourselves several times as well. We got the feeling the lady felt as if my grandmother could not afford the more expensive mattress, therefore showing her the cheaper one. That was strike one.I did order a mattress from them however, and it was a good mattress. It even came in a day early. However, I also ordered an encasement (protective cover). The lady forgot to order the $50 encasement when she ordered the mattress so when it came time to get the mattress, it was picked up but no encasement. The lady first said that she thought we had already received one, but after we told her that was not the case, she then said she forgot to order it. I asked her how long it would take to come in and she said a couple of days. Not once did hear an apology for her mistake … that was strike two.At first, I told her to go ahead and order it, but then I got to thinking that I wanted to SLEEP IN MY NEW BED and did not want to wait a couple more days -- it had already been a week -- so I called her back and asked that she just cancel the cover order. She attempted to tell me why it would be such a bad idea to cancel after I told her I was just going to run to Target and get one. She commented about the 15-year warranty and I told her Target has one. She went on to say, Well its not 15 years, and I said, Well, I believe they have warranties on theirs as well (10 years actually). Then I mentioned the price of Targets encasements being cheaper (by about $10), and she finally said I dont care and to go ahead and cancel the order if I wanted to … (shaking my head, she said if I wanted to). Her rudeness was strike three.At that point I was even contemplating sending the mattress back, but it was a good mattress and I shopped around and saw that I was saving about $50 purchasing it from them. But it made me quite upset because all I could think was, This was a mix up on your part and you are not apologetic and then, when I cannot be talked out of canceling my order, you brush me off and tell me you dont care. As a business, you should care about ALL your money losses!! At least that is what I was thinking. Needless to say, I will not be back.

We were headed for another store and saw this one as we passed by, and decided to give it a shot. We walked in at 5:58pm (they closed at 6 that evening) and were greeted pleasantly by the owner. We asked him if we could just look for a quick second since we knew they were closing, but he told us he was staying late for another customer and to not worry at all and take our time.He gave us our space but was right there when we had questions. He was more than fair with pricing, and did not attempt to up-sell us at all! We were there about 45 minutes past close as we finalized our purchase and then he helped us load up the truck.A little blown away with the excellent customer service, especially compared to some of the sales Sharks weve dealt with elsewhere over the last week while shopping for mattresses. Will be recommending this place to anyone we know shopping for a mattress!

I purchased a mattress from Louisville Mattress 3 years ago and my experience was awesome. This is a mom & pop kind of business and they received me with a nice welcome. Ive been in the furniture and mattress business myself and I decided to buy from them just because they were able to provided me with the right answers and they didnt put preasure. I called them 2 years down the road and they were happy to assist me and trade my recently purchased mattress under manufacturer warranty and get a nice upgrade. The process could be a bit lenghty but the owner made it easy always following up. I would definitely do business with them again. Im happy with my Stearn & Foster mattress. So if you reading this, as a reviewer you know that most people complaint and double wonder; so my experience is real and yes I could buy a mattress w my cost discount but just the fact that this little shop was able to cater me is a Plus!
