I came in today looking for a mattress and Dan gave me a phenomenal experience. He helped me find the best mattress as well as a great base. He made my mattress searching experience awesome and I couldn’t recommend Sleep Outfitters enough!

I just moved to La Fontenay Apartments, right down the road from this store. As I was leaving my previous residence, I did not bring my bed with me and I had great success with sleep outfitters before so I came to the store yesterday. It turns out the guy who helped me last time (at a different store), Slava, just happened to be at the store as well. Needless to say I’m glad I ran into Slava again because the first experience was awesome and I am definitely happy with my second experience. For me personally I can fall asleep in a chair but his knowledge about what makes a mattress good or bad does come in handy because the last mattress I got, I slept like a baby.

He took his time walking me through the Sleep Outfitters experience and some of the brainstorming behind my potential purchase. During the whole process, Dan was patient and gracious with his time and wisdom, and never pressuring me to close. Because of his help, I was able to narrow down my perspective options and walk out confident in those considerations.My second visit, I was acknowledged by name and welcomed by Dan and Heather. I walked into sleep outfitters and a nice gentleman Slava was a great help, He was very informative. I didnt know what bed I wanted. But you wouldnt believe that I came in and was telling him about my testimony what had happened to me and my husband and our family, and you wouldnt even believe that I picked out a bed that was called testimony medium. That was the highlight of our night. This gentleman is very professional and he is very knowledgeable. and he knows all the names and brand of the quality mattresses. This was a very great experience we will recommend our friends, family and we will be back once we upgrade.

Great experience!! Jen was SO nice! The second my sister and I walked in, Jen immediately helped us. She made sure that my sister found a bed that matched her sleep position. She never tried to push a sale on us, she made sure that I only purchased what I needed. The prices were reasonable compared to the other mattress stores in the vicinity. I gotta tell you our salesperson, Dan was superlative. Best I have EVER worked with. I’m 65 years old and was really dreading the purchase process. Dan patiently answered all of our questions actually saved us money with his recommendations. I never thought making a major purchase could be so painless. I bought within 20 minutes which is very rare for me to do but I felt that I was making the best decision, Slava was a big part of that, thank you.

Heather was super informative, courteous and not pushy. She was in the store by herself waiting on multiple customers and continue to make sure that everyone waiting was doing OK. When it was my turn she asked me a couple of questions on how I slept and other items around that then she helped me pick the mattress. It turns out the one she suggested for me is the one that I liked the best. She worked with me on pricing and set up a delivery date. There’s a lot of mattresses been ordered and we are trying to see if it can get delivered quickly. I believe that she’s doing all she can do ensure that it happens. Once delivery happens I’ll report back to let all know how that goes and then after a couple of months I will report back and share about the comfort (or lack there of) with my new Serta mattress. Just on service alone I feel pretty confident that everything is going to be great. All I can say so far is… Go see Heather!

Heather was great and pretty much knew exactly what I needed based on what concerns I had! She also helped me decide for sure by explaining differences in other options and letting me spend as much time trying out mattresses without putting any pressure on us to buy. All in all the process was great and would recommend to anyone.

After speaking to Heather on the phone I brought my son with me to their Shelbyville Rd location. Heather was so sweet with him and let him feel all his options. She then helped us figure out how we could maximize comfort while working within the specific measurements of his new bed. She went above and beyond to show us pictures of her own son’s bunk bed and how the mattress height looked on the top bunk. We left feeling great about the purchase. This place is such a unique mattress experience. Heather REALLY knows her stuff. This was the first place we stopped, and Heather asked a few questions and our price range and recommended a mattress which was absolutely perfect. She explained a great deal about the differences between mattresses and what we could expect for the price we were paying.But we felt like we werent being responsible in picking the first mattress we tried. So we went to a few other stores and tried some others places and mattresses, but we returned to that very first mattress recommended by Heather at Sleep Outfitters. I had a phenomenal experience with sleep outfitters. This place was recommend to me by a close friend. Joe was amazing and was very knowledgeable. He was able to explain the difference between every mattress and he was not trying to force me to buy anything. I have asthma and he helped me find the perfect mattress. I wish every store or place of business had someone like Joe. I have been to several mattress places and they were pushy and could not answer any of my questions about the difference in the mattresses. In the future if I need to buy a mattress, Sleep outfitters on Shelbyville rd is where I will be going.
