We have rented storage space at a number of facilities around Louisville, but Citadel is, by far, the best experience we’ve ever had. The staff is friendly and helpful, the facility is spotless plus they have various carts and dollies available to help when you’re moving stuff in or out. And their prices are very competitive. Also, being an indoor facility makes it extra nice, not having to deal with the weather.

Clean, climate controlled, inside storage. Owners are great to work with and the whole facility is secured and well lit 24/7/365

My wife and I checked out several storage facilities before we found Citadel self storage. Citadel has an emaculate facility,staff goes over and beyond. They also have 2 trucks that they have at your disposal for moving. Thanks Citadel for the great experience.

Bart, the associate / manager on duty, was very polite, helpful, and was even very sweet to my pitbull puppy I had with me dot-dot. This facility is a beautiful building on the outside but says nothing about the inside! Not only is it temperature controlled, but it is state-of-the-art with security cameras that monitor just how clean this place is! I believe it will be my go-to from now on whenever I need anything stored! Prices are more than fair when compared to other facilities! Ty so much Mr. Bart Beaulieu!
