We couldn’t be happier with Extra Space Storage. With the real estate market as it is - we’ve had to put most of our belongings in storage until we build our next home. They’ve provided a clean, safe, climate controlled environment which makes me feel confident that our furniture will be in good shape when we move it into our new home.

They are the best. Lindsey is very helpful and always helps with any issues. However, thankfully Ive had very few issues.

Be prepared to have your rate increase every 5-6 months. My rate has increased 50% in the past year. Then you have to buy their insurance plan. Then if you are one day late on your payment, they add a 20% fee (even though the contract says you have a 10 day grace period).

Great customer service. The employee at the desk fully explained everything to me and then showed me how to gain access and took me to the unit. And she was so courteous!

Facility was well maintained and my items were never disturbed. The units were well ventilated and motion sensors lights allowed me to feel safe while in the building in the evenings. The application, move in, and move out processes were simple and the staff was amazing.

Reasonable, convenient and clean. You would get a 10 out of 10 if you all had more than 4 carts. Move out day they were all taken. Had to ask someone if I could borrow for 2 loads.

My significant other and I signed an agreement with CUBESMART on 12/10/20. We went to storage unit on 01/09/21 and attempted to access the keypad for entrance to storage. Access was denied. We proceeded to office to find out why. We accessed our online bank acct to provide payment confirmation BEFORE DUE DATE (payment due 1/10, actually paid 1/4). We showed Lindsay, the manager, that pymt had cleared the bank on 1/4. We were told CUBESMART had been bought by Extra Space Storage and our acct was showing past due. We were also told we had a new acct. number. We received NO NOTIFICATION about a new acct # or new ownership. After getting the pymt situation straightened out and regaining key pad access, we proceeded to our storage unit and WERE SHOCKED TO FIND OUR UNIT HAD BEEN OVERLOCKED when this debacle was no fault of own. We were NOT told that before we proceeded to the second floor to our unit. We had to call the manager (downstairs) who FAILED TO INFORM US OF THIS. She could have advised us of this and come up to the storage unit with us to unlock it. BUT SHE DID NOT. In the interim, the District Mgr came into the office and was made aware of our situation. He offered no apology for the CUBESMART/Extra Space Storage obvious failure to provide good customer service. If our unit had not been so full, we would have gotten a truck and moved elsewhere. MISERABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Inexcusable.

This fairly new facility is awesome. I am impressed by the cleanliness of the CubeSmart Self Storage building and the storage unit. I like that the building is equipped with cameras, thus making me feel much better about my belongings being stored there, without fear of something happening. The manager was pleasant, professional, and helpful. When the unit I originally reserved was too small, she quickly provided me with a larger one. If you are looking for a self storage facility, I recommend using CubeSmart.

I worked with the general manager to arrange my storage unit. He was very nice and made sure everything was set up for me. Even checking my access code to the building before I left. I appreciated the friendly service. The pricing for my unit was also very reasonable.

The company was bought out and two months later the price was raised over 40.00 a month. Come on that is just crazy

Wow! This storage company is awesome!This is how a self storage company should be run. Teresa went above and beyond her responsibilities to help us and carefully go over the information we needed to know to rent the unit. She was efficient and super friendly and professional. The facility is sparkling clean! Has a restroom for renters and is in a super convenient part of town.

Cube smart is conveniently located and has perfect hours for access. It is well lit inside, very safe and the owners are always there to help out with making decisions on storage options! They also have all the packing essentials to keep dishes intact and clothes in a perfect storage closet. The best part is -the first month is free!

We are planning a move in which we will not be buying for. a year or so and needed a safe, secure, climate controlled, clean location. This new CubeSmart facility checks all boxes. The staff members, Andy and Teresa, could not have been more accommodating in addressing all of our needs. The units are easy to get in and out of and they provide dollies, carts, etc...to help. A lot of appreciation and kudos their way!

Ok, so let me start off saying Andy helped me out today. However, I wasnt aware that there would be an increase in rent every six months as I wasnt told that when I signed the contract on November 9, 2019! The only way for me to not have the increase was for me to move to a different unit. If I hadnt had issues with my account and went to speak to someone face to face, I still wouldnt have known. Covid-19 is not the renters fault and we shouldnt be penalized because of it! Also, if there are changes being made, there should be some kind of notification sent out to your customers stating the changes. Doing so, would help them make the appropriate decision on whether or not they will keep their unit or find another one!
