Took a long time to register the unit. It was clean but a bit unexpected in shape. It is climate controlled so inside access which was not entirely convenient. The company is family owned which we liked and well secured.

I’ve been storing stuff here for about 5 months and could not be happier. I genuinely thought I got a fair deal for my unit. The staff were always helpful on the phone of which I was on with them more than a half dozen times so I got a good taste of what the staff are like. The units are clean, the dimensions marketed, and easy to find. Good job, Stor-All!!

We love how easily accessible this center is to our home. The people have always been nice to deal with. I like the lighting system and I feel safe when I am taking my stuff to storage. I also like the gates at the entrance and exit.

This store has great customer service. I did a lot of researching and I found that this store was the cheapest in the area. The manager keeps the property very clean.

Great place to rent storage.They were extremely friendly. They give you the first month for half off and give you a free truck rental. Pretty reasonable prices considering all youre getting.

I paid Stor All a $ 145.50 deposit to reserve me a 10 x 20 storage unit since my company was sending me out of town for a 4 month construction project Yesterday, my company made other plans & I dont have to move, so I cancelled my Reservation to Stor All. Now they are still charging me (for nothing provided) because of possibly a wrongly checked paragraph in their on line highly lawyer prepared lease, one must initial or sign in NINE different places! A Reservation is just that, I wanted to reserve a unit until my belongings are loaded on a truck to be placed in a rental unit for about 3 to 4 months. Talk about a Greedy Rip Off business, I will tell everybody not to use them. I informed them I was going to dispute their charge with my Bank, which sides with Customers far more often than a Vendor trying to make free profits. They would not listen, so their $ 145.50 charge HAS NOW BEEN REVERSED with my bank.

Rented space for about 4 years. very good experience. used their truck (for free) to bring our stuff to the storage space, set up monthly auto-pay and never had any issues. we finally freed up some space in our home so we no longer need a storage unit, but if the need arises again, we will go back to Stor All.
