For it being close to wherever I live and the convenience of having a 24-hour seven-day-a-week access to all my property oh, I have to say that life storage is a very good place. I was set up by a call center service representative, who might I add was very very helpful and actually even got me some nice discount for being a new time customer. Although, that pretty voice on the other end of the phone end up sending me to a big Burly very helpful man. LOL. Ron was a very helpful individual as well and very understanding that it wasnt just me dealing with a situation that I had other people involved in my life it was dealing with the same situation so it was all very stressful as it was oh, he stayed calm and cool and collect the whole time. Fare rates, good people oh, and a very nice facility. I would recommend it to anybody they would ask.

It would be better if there was consistent customer care. So many times I call, then have to be switched to the main office, for them to call and get the same response I had repeatedly. Other than that, I give to whole storage business 4 stars.

I have had a storage unit with them for a year now and have never had any issues. The cameras work, most of the lights work outside the units, its clean, professional yet friendly staff. Decently priced for 24hour access.

I was a former leaseholder a few years back & I stopped by to inquire about the prices. I may be interested again in a few months. Ms Dunn was very professional & informative re the products offered. I especially like the location. Hope to do business some time in the future.

I rented from this location 7/19/2019 to 11/15/2020 and this was the most pleasant uneventful experience. Ron and Tonya were both very friendly and super helpful. I lived in another state for all of 2020 and I felt very comfortable that my belongings would be safe with them. As expected our belongings were exactly as we left them and as we checked out Ron and Tonya were very friendly and wonderful. Highly recommend this location.

Store Manager Tonya Young was very personable, friendly, & professional. I had reserved online and came into the office to finish and get the keys. The property was clean, well maintained (entry gate was broken but repair men were there correcting the issue), and plenty of cameras. It does have 24hr access with a passcode but I came during daylight so Im not sure of how well lighting is outside after dark. My unit was clean and the door & lock/key operated smoothly. They use a different type of lock than anywhere else Ive seen that makes it practically impossible to use bolt cutters to break into a unit. The pricing is actually pretty good I thought for the unit. Will recommend to anyone needing extra storage space.

I dont have a storage at life storage but a friend of mine does and me they seem to be all right I guess I dont have any complaints I mean they have decent looking storages I dont I mean Ive just seen like the smallest one I didnt really see any of the nice ones I mean if they have any I dont know but and I dont really know how much they cost but seem like they were clean they got good security so thats a plus

Tonya is great however the storage unit I rent is FULL OF RAT DROPPINGS, presumably from all the construction on Dixie Hwy. Serious health hazard. I have the huge task of sweeping out and cleaning all flat surfaces pf all the rat feces. Also will need to re-locate to another storage facility. This is the second time in about 6 months that Ive informed management of rat problem. The problem is much worse this second time, judging from the amt of rat droppings seen this weekend 2/14/20. With an outside storage area, one might expect mice/rats on occasion...this unit has a serious mice/rat problem. If anyone from Life Storage wants to reach out, my contact info is on file, as I am a great customer...on auto pay $90/month. Will update this post soon with pictures of cleanup, if pictures can be added to review.

Tonya was great and very professional.. We set up a reservation and with in minutes of arriving we were taken care of and finished with the whole process. They have video monitoring of the property and each unit is visable to add to the gated safety features. Its also great to have 24 hour access to your things.

I have had this storage for a few years which I love having access to get into around the clock. The clerk service hasnt been the best in the past number of years. But NOW I AM 100% pleased with the current staffing. New wonderful lady and a gentleman and are very friendly and helpful in their occupation.
