This place is totally predatory in its practices. Baits you in with one rate and will rapidly increase to an insane amount. Poor customer service to boot. Don’t use them

StorQuest in Louisville made it very easy to rent a unit in a very short amount of time. The staff with whom I have interacted have all been pleasant and helpful. They made sure I was renting the appropriate size of unit and provided an informative on-site orientation. Thank you for making this so easy!

I highly recommend this location. The unit was very accessible and secure and the customer service, from purchasing our unit to unloading was excellent. We used the space for 6 months for a home improvement project and if I should ever need a storage facility again, StoreQuest is my first choice. Thank you all for making it such a painless and streamlined process.

I needed to store my entire household unexpectedly and StorQuest sure made that process as seamless as possible. I started to research storage options on a Saturday night. Within about 15 minutes I had secured a space with StorQuest. I started moving things into the space the next day. The employees I worked with have all been cheerful, helpful, and customer service oriented. I was also able to purchase some moving supplies on site, which facilitated my moving. I feel that I am storing my worlds possessions in a secure and clean place. I am grateful to have discovered StorQuest!!!

Super nice, especially Mary at the front desk. I was unsure of what size unit I needed and kept putting off viewing the unit and they were very understanding and accommodating, despite me canceling viewing the unit on them multiple times for about 2 weeks. Mary listened to all the items I had and helped me choose the right size. They are very upfront about their pricing (which is unbeatable in the area) and they are very nice and helpful. They also have a pretty rad location. Would recommend this location to anyone looking to store stuff, feel very good about leaving all my gear here while I’m away:)

Mary, the manager, was super kind and friendly showing us around, and Seth helped us out in getting paperwork done quickly and made us feel welcome on move-in day, plus doing a return.I didnt love the service I got from their call center -- they didnt listen well and gave me some wrong info -- but glad I persisted because this locations staff is amazingly helpful and fun.UPDATE: After storing my stuff for more than a year here, I had a good experience moving out as well — they gave me a little extra time in order not to charge me for the next month.I was so deeply impressed with the service at this location. Both Mary and Jonathan were kind, lovely people whose humanity showed even as they did a great job professionally. I never expected to have such warm feelings about my storage location, but I did. They just seemed to actually care about me and why I was storing things and went out of their way to be helpful whenever possible. Loved them!

I had to quickly move all my belongings into storage temporarily and I couldnt be happier with choosing this place. I highly recommend. The owner and staff are all very nice and accommodating - Scott, Zach, John, the whole crew is great. The grounds and unit were clean, prices are fair, and the location is great. Now moved out and I kinda miss it!

I went to four other storage places and everyone was not flexible in meeting our storage needs for our daughter’s items for summer. We live out of state and they worked with us which was so appreciated. The manager was so helpful in explaining and talking through what would work best to accommodate our needs.

If I could give a negative star rating I would. This place is poorly managed, hard to reach, and no one seems to know what is going on. You cant talk to anyone at the location - the local numbers all go to a call center. I went there and reserved a specific unit, was quoted a price, and told I had 2 weeks on the reservation. I called back within that time frame to rent the unit and was told I didnt have a reservation and the unit I had reserved was no longer available. The prices they quoted were higher than the what I was told originally. Terrible service, I dont know how these people actually stay in business. More than happy to take my business elsewhere.

This place is awesome. We looked at several storage places before selecting StorQuest and StorQuest was way better than the alternatives. The deciding factors were the friendly, prompt, and proficient, and the free truck for move-in which probably saved us $50. And the price for the unit alone was very competitive. Great job! I’ll recommend this place to anyone.

Mary was incredibly helpful and informative, and I walked in 15 minutes before closing on a Friday night. Facility is clean and safe, with easy access. Prices very reasonable. Appreciated being able to buy a lock on site.

I rented a storage unit today and could not have hoped for a better experience. Scott is very professional, friendly and provided superior customer service. He was able to answer any questions, showed me around the facility (which is spotless and well lit) and made sure I knew how to open my unit and to get in and out of the facility with my gate code. Excellent customer service from Zach at the front desk. I booked the unit online on the same day I intended to move in, and was able to move in without any hassle. I even missed the first call to confirm my booking; instead of releasing the unit to other customers, my unit was held until I was able to take his second call several hours after the first.Cant emphasize enough how helpful itwas.

The facilities were well maintained, clean, and secure. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Very easy to get organized and settled. We moved out of the storage unit after two months of use, and we had no problems or damages to our property. Scott was very helpful and even provided an air pump for us to use to fill up one of our tires. Great place!

These guys were WONDERFUL to work with! I only needed a unit for a month in between apartment move-out and move-in and walked away paying $36 bucks ... TOTAL! No hidden fees or surprise subsequent payments. Just $36 ... period. Wow!Keep in mind that after that first month the monthly fee is pretty high, but if you really only need it for one month you cant do any better than this deal!!

We rented a Storquest storage unit here in Louisville, CO for several months this summer to facilitate a local move. Scott oversaw our rental from start to finish and did a wonderful job. He was professional and obviously took pride in delivering a clean and secure place to keep our personal belongings during a stressful family transition. Although we did not take advantage of their free delivery truck service, I would imagine that to be a huge help for folks who dont own pick up trucks like we do. Of course this is a well run facility and I plan on renting there again.
