Ms. Lisa Tedford was professional, efficient, and willing to go over and beyond with my questions & request for reimbursable receipts. She was prompt and reliable as any receipt requested was received in 30 seconds and followed up with a call to make sure I got it. She is reason I will only utilize the Storage Project on Preston Crossing, unless she changes location..:

I recently got a storage unit at The Storage Project and I have to say that it was a GREAT experience. I walked in and was greeted so warmly by Rita. Shes an absolute peach. She explained all the pricing options, gave me a tour and took her time with me like a true customer service representative. Ill refer every person i come in contact with just because of how courteous Rita was and continued to be as i unloaded my 16 ft truck by myself. The grounds are clean, new and well secured. I feel i made a great choice in going with this company. I will say the only downside was that in my google search it didnt come up as an option on storage units near me. Its a mile from my home.... google you need to fix that.

The ladies at the Storage Project went above and beyond to help us with all the administrative work to get moved in. On the day of the move they were very accommodating to our needs and extremely helpful. The facilities are very clean and very well secure. I highly recommend them for any of your storage needs!

Always clean

Just spent a half hour stuck in the facility due to the gate not opening correctly to get my vehicle out called customer service that was no help at all had to wait for someone else to come into the facility to watch me drive through the gate with inches on either side of my vehicle. Just saying it’s horrible that you cannot get a hold of anyone to get out of facility in emergency!
