I had a FedEx order that should have been delivered to my home however, my original delivery driver failed to bring the package. The tracking number stated no one was home when in fact someone was.To avoid any future inconveniences I had my item shipped to a local FedEx. Upon arrival, the next day, my item was not found in the store, although my tracking number said it was ready for pick-up.It might be confusing then, after all these inconveniences why I would decide to rate this FedEx 5 stars. Well, the reason is because the staff made it their utmost priority to locate my package and relieve me of any further headaches. Store manager, Rusty, went out of his way to secure my package which was accidentally released and ensured a secure and proper delivery to me. Rusty stayed in communication with me throughout the whole process without me having to be persistently calling the store.While my initial experience was frustrating with FedEx, I truly appreciated this stores (and especially Rusty) service in ensuring they did right.Hopefully you wont have a lost package, but if you do, I believe this store is equipped with the right team to make sure you have a pleasant outcome.Thanks.
If you have a store or Amazon return, your email will say take your package to any certified FedEx store, & a FedEx employee will scan this QR code, and print off your label for you... You get all the way over here, and they dont have any way to scan QR codes or pull up/print any label for you... Unable to ship a simple package with 21st century technology. At a shipping facility lol... Like, what?! #NoApologyEither

I went to this location today and I was 2nd in line for printing pick up. When my turn came the employee turned away from me and started helping other people. He totally ignored my presence. They either need more staff or more competent people.
Outstanding staffI normally don’t write a review unless I am really impressed by a place and this Fedex store surprised me.Jared and the other staff are extremely welcoming, courteous and friendly and helped me patiently with all my queries. The staff assisted me thrice on different occasions and ensured my work was done exactly the way I wanted it without so much as a frown.Two thumbs up to the staff. Highly recommend this Fedex location.
It was a nightmare picking up my online print order. They hadnt even started printing my order when I arrived at the quoted pick up time, and after half an hour I had to assemble the order myself. It wouldve been quicker and easier to use the self service printing instead of ordering ahead (and paying extra) online. I emailed customer service about the experience and an automated reply told me to expect a response in 24-48 hours. That was two weeks ago. I wont be back.
Do yourself a favor and ship through someone else. Package is now a week past arrival date
Had a huge hiccup with a FedEx box (containing a large proposal for a bid deadline due the next morning) being forgotten by the FedEx driver here in San Diego ... this Louisville office PROMPTLY reprinted and delivered the items in Louisville in time of a proposal due date. They were extremely helpful & worked well with us. I would give them 10 stars if I could! THANK YOU TARA!!!!

Great store, best of its type in Louisville hands down. We use them for our Grateville Dead and other ecent promotion materials. Very friendly staff, always willing to give a discount or go the extra mile without micro charging for every single thing. I go out of my way to use the 4th Street location regardless of where I am in Louisville.
