I ordered 250 labels of their zero waste sheets and they came out absolutely beautiful, & faster shipping than I expected. Then I ordered another 250 labels of a completely different size and design and they came out perfectly as well. This is a true one stop shop. EcoEnclose has allowed my business to have eco friendly packaging yet not being over priced! I order custom sized boxes for my candle business and they come faster then expected great quality and 100% recycled. Its importune to my business to be as eco conscious as possible especially with my product packaging. The GreenWrap is my favorite, it protects our candles is naturally biodegradable and it looks great! They offer free samples which is amazing when you own a small business. The staff is great and friendly! Whats not to love!?? Im very glad I found EcoEnclose and will continue to purchase from them!

In early 2020, all my art sales moved online and I started shipping more packages than Id ever been shipping before. I wanted to update my packaging to make it both ecofriendly and cute, and I was able to combine EcoEncloses regular stock of packaging options (padded envelopes, tissue paper) with their custom printing services (stickers and notecards) to meet that goal.My customers like that my packaging is reusable/recyclable and I get compliments all the time about how professional it looks. Im especially happy with their no waste labels for thermal printers.Ive only had one instance of an incorrect item being sent and it was fixed quickly. Their customer service for custom print jobs has always been timely and professional. Im just really super happy that I found them!

Fantastic customer service. They double checked my sticker graphics to make sure the image wouldnt look too pixelated, and everything ships in a timely manner. I love the amount of Post Consumer recycled content in their work, and the zero waste stickers! My only source for shipping materials and stickers.

I am so happy I found this company. The environment is really important to me and there is a lot of thought and explanation that goes into these products. I am glad I have come across a company who shares the same values as me. I ordered some rigid mailers, kraft tissue paper, pressure based tape, zero waste stickers with my logo on and we care cards. I am very pleased and will definitely be ordering again. The only thing that is out of the companies control is that I order from Canada and sometimes the shipping and import fees can be pricey. In a perfect world there would be an EcoEnclose in Canada!

I cant recommend EcoEnclose enough - theyre my go to for sustainable packaging supplies & custom stickers and printing. My most recent order for zero waste stickers and custom notecards was my first time working with them on a customized/branded order and it went so well. They set great expectations around lead time and delivery up front, and my proofs were sent over within a day. They provided helpful design feedback to improve readability and printing on the proofs, too (helpful since I, like many small businesses, do all my own designs). Once I approved the proofs, everything was sent to print and delivered ahead of schedule. When I unwrapped the stickers and notecards, they had all been packaged so that they would be protected in transit and arrive ready to use in my orders. Im a huge fan of what theyre doing, and their team is great to work with. Keep up the great work!

Needed a tamper-proof bag to send a hard drive with sensitive data on it across the country. Went in and was immediately greeted by friendly faces asking how they could help.I have them the rundown and the man went to the back and within a couple minutes came back with two bags and rigid envelopes and handed them to me.I asked what I owed them for it and he said Nothing.!!Floored, I leave the building with many thanks given.If I EVER need their excellent service and/or products, I will most certainly be coming back!

Great company for purchasing eco-friendly shipping supplies at a good price. Fast shipping. Wide variety and great customer service (helpful, personable and cheerful)! An incorrect item was sent from my order. Customer service rep. (Sonya) contacted me promptly and remedied that. On top of shipping the correct item, I was gifted the incorrect item as well. Can’t ask for more than that! If I had one criticism, it would be that shipping rates are a little high (understandable since paper products are on the heavier side). Overall, great experience with EcoEnclose. Highly recommend 👍

I purchased a good amount of the rigid mailers from EcoEnclose. I loved everything else about the mailers and had to get rid of them because they make my studio room have strong unpleasant smell. I was worried that the smell may influence my pregnancy. However, their customer service was great and easy to communicate and they issued me a full refund. I would recommend these mailers from EcoEnclose if you don’t mind the smell.

I have had had several interactions with EcoEnclose and they have been more then great. They have been very informative, helpful and friendly, which is not always easy to find now a days. The ordering process was also very easy and quick. They shipped my product right away. Im on my second order. They will have my business from now on. I Highly recommend them.

I called customer service at EcoEnclose and found them to be very helpful and attentive. I loved talking to them. I made my order, but being new in my business, I didnt make a good decision on what kind of packaging I needed. I sent an email over the weekend asking them to cancel the order and then followed up with a phone call on the following Monday. I found that they were just as polite and attentive with a cancelation as with an order, which says a lot about the company. Jeremy had received the email in the morning and pulled the order off the truck as it were and refunded my money. I really appreciate that kind of service. They have excellent products and are a exceptional company. I cant wait until I need more packaging so I can order from them.

I called to get pricing on their packaging because I’ve heard good things about this company and liked what they stood for being environmentally friendly. I can confidently say that it was one of, if not the worst, customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The young lady on the phone was very short with me and when I asked about what goes in their packaging she actually laughed and said that I should have read the website before calling. She was extremely rude and provided really bad customer service. I will not be calling again.

I am a very small business, this is the first time I have ever ordered custom packaging and I had sooo many questions, it was embarrassing. Do not think twice, this company treats you like you would treat a good friend:)The detailed of what I ordered are below:I sell baby pillows filled with mustard seeds ( an Indian tradition that prevents flat spots:) Due to the weight of these pillows, USPS Flat Rate Padded Envelopes are the most cost effective way to ship out orders. I had been using cello bags to pack the pillows before placing them in the USPS envelope and was looking for an eco-friendly, cost-effective option that would fit inside the USPS envelope - the KM8.5X12 kraft mailer turned out to be the perfect solution for me.They:- are sturdy on their own ( hold 2+ lbs)- have a large 7.2 X 7.2 surface that can be custom printed on ( so I have both my FAQs and a thank you note printed on the front eliminating the need for an additional insert)-made from recycled paper and are recyclable which is in line with the way I want to run my little business- an affordable option that costs only a little bit more than what I used to pay for my previous packaging+inserts - while savings time when packing my orders-low MOQs(minimum order quantities) which means you dont need to spend a lot upfront to order your first batch of mailers-look really professional and polishedThank you EcoEnclose!

There packaging is horrible and flimsy couldn’t even use it for shipping! Definitely don’t waste your time here there are much cheaper and more efficient, companies with better quality.

As a socially-conscious business we try to minimize our impact on the environment, and we know how much we personally dislike when we order something online and it comes with tons of plastic, and EcoEnclose helps us avoid all of that. An 8.85 priority mail fee was tacked onto my $6 order! (The fee was actually more than the current USPS fee to my zip code).When I called the company to cancel my order, there was only a message machine. No one returned my call. Certainly not a responsible business.
