In a word - awesome! Tony and the team at HPP Industrial epitomize the customer service experience we all look for and greatly appreciate nowadays. I contacted Tony this morning at 7 a.m. as soon as HPPI opened. Truth be told, I forgot to order the urethane paint that our paint contractor - Bowles Electrostatic Painting (awesome as well!) - asked me to order/purchase a week ago (oops!). And, Bowles was arriving to paint our attic fan that same morning at 8:30 a.m. Tony was super accommodating, came up with the exact paint options I needed, and went right to work on having the paint ready ASAP. Everything worked out perfectly and timely thanks to Tony and HPPI! Therefore, I definitely recommend HPPI for any industrial painting needs - they ROCK and you will not be disappointed!
