Such an adorable store in the heart of the Highlands. Came for paint, supplies And more importantly advice to repaint an old piece of furniture and LOVED all the cute home decor, clothes, jewelry and accessories available. A great place to pick up a gift or something for yourself!

My daughters came to Bardstown Rd with the intention of using water soluble chalk on the sidewalk to raise awareness for a cause that they are passionate about. From every other store, they were greeted with nothing but respect and support. However, after asking and getting permission from the store next door, they trailed into the (public) sidewalk in front of this boutique. The owner was not only unsympathetic, but blatantly rude and had the audacity to call the police on these two teenage girls. Bardstown Rd has no room for intolerance and hatred.

This shop is a million things wrapped in one! A boutique with local, one of a kind finds! A variety of decor and DIY projects. It is warm, cozy, friendly and visually appealing!! One of those type of stores you walk in and instantly fall in love! Brandy, the shop owner, goes way above and beyond to help in any way she can. She knows her products and the stories behind them and where they come from. She can tell you about the paints, waxes, oils etc and guide you in step by step instructions on all your DIY projects. I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about this woman and her shop!! If you love vintage, antiques, boutiques, & all things unique - this shop is a MUST!
