As homeowners we love buying paint from Juniper Paints! The owner, Paul, has been so helpful and knowledgeable about the different types of paint for the different parts of our project (ex: trim paint versus ceiling paint versus wall paint). Hes walked us through our project and provided detailed directions such as which grit of sandpaper to use with the trim and in between painting coats of the trim. Plus, the whole staff is always super helpful with bringing the paint out to my car which is super helpful with little ones in the car! I have shopped here for a couple of years now and I have literally NOTHING bad to say about anyone who works here, either past or present. Paul (the owner) possesses a vast knowledge of not only product selection and painting technique but also of color and situational aesthetic as do many of the people he hires to work at the store. In addition, the entire crew of Juniper paints are kind and polite people who care about what they do. This is literally my favorite paint store in the county and given the opportunity, I will always shop here first.

Very knowledgeable staff. Helped me choose color and sheen. Took time to explain my options. Even suggested I buy a quart when I thought I needed a gallon. Location and parking very convenient. Almost a full wall of color choices. This is my paint store going forward!

I stopped by Juniper Paints yesterday for information on their paint designed for kitchen cabinets. Ive heard good things from painters and have seen great looking results. Its called Advance and it is a unique hybrid paint I have never used before. Keele was very helpful. He clearly knew his stuff and explained the proper technique and even helped decide between the way-too-many choices of white. I would recommend.

Paul has gone out of his way to help us. He and his team are great! Wonderful customer service. We run a painting company and time and again he has made it possible for us to work through the difficult projects. We had an office building where we were trying to cover dark blue, dark green, browns, and a yellowish cream color with white. He helped us beef up the formulas to make it possible to do a great job there and achieve excellent coverage. He also gives us great deals whenever he can. I really feel like hes on the side of the small business owner, the big company, the person who is just trying to paint their bathroom-anyone who cares about their project it seems hell step up and care to help you achieve what you want. Its rare to find folks who are engaged and enjoy the challenge these days. This is a great store! Since I found it, havent wanted to shop anywhere else. Highly recommended!

I’ve been to this Benjamin Moore location several times and have always had a fantastic experience. All of the staff I’ve interacted with have been friendly and extremely helpful. Paint quality is top notch. This is the only paint store I will go to in my area.

I was looking for a specific collection of paint chips and she guided me to the collection. I requested some time to look through the collection. While looking through the collection she followed up to ensure all my questions was answer and she provided recommendations and walked me through all the variety of paints Benjamin Moore offered. I highly recommend Juniper Paints as the staff is knowledgeable, dedicated, welcoming and happy to assist.

Came here after a disappointing and frustrating failure with another brand we had trusted for many, many years. The brand could not produce the Ben Moore color we were looking for AND the color they did produce was inconsistent from batch to batch. Super stressful when youre on a timeline! Loved going to Juniper painting while I was remodeling my basement. All the people working in the shop were super helpful. They really knew their colors and offered me excellent customer service. I would highly recommend buying paint here over Home Depot. Gotta support small businesses when we can!

This place is excellent. The staff are wonderful, helpful and friendly. I stopped by today with old paint to drop off and they even helped carry it from my car. When you arrive don’t be confused if it looks like the store is empty or closed - it’s not - that’s the place next door. Drive round to the parking lot and enter by the center door. You’ll be glad you did, this is the place to go for your painting needs.

The people who work here are great! I came in three times for samples and finally to buy the paint. Every time I was greeted right away and given great advice on color choices and the best type of paint for my project. Ill definitely be back!

We had our house professionally painted with colors from a Benjamin Moore palette. The painters swore the colors would be true when they used paint from another manufacturer. Not so - I ended up going to Juniper Paints and getting the real thing to redo several rooms. The paint is infinitely better, goes on so smoothly, and the staff is extremely helpful and professional. I am a convert and will always buy my paint here.

Ive been in about 5 times in the past couple of weeks. Were repainting our new house, trying to figure out what projects we can do ourselves and what we need help with. Paul is extremely knowledgeable about the whole gamut of painting projects (definitely helps that he is a former painting contractor). He seems very invested in the local community, offering discounts for bringing in food for the local food bank. I will be purchasing exclusively from Juniper Paints.
