Like another person mentioned before, I was pretty much completely ignored at this store. Apparently whatever they were doing on their computer was more important than helping me.I was left alone for the first 5 to 10 minutes. When I was asked if I was looking for something I said yes, I am wanting a leveling kit but not sure which one. The salesperson never said another word and never looked away from their computer. I guess you have to know exactly what you need for them to help you.At least Bullhide and Autoplex were a lot more personal, answered questions, and offered suggestions.

4 Wheel Parts continues to be so incredibly impressive. Their selection, pricing, customer service, etc. are all so awesome. I often forget to check local and they are usually cheaper than online and faster. They also did an alignment on my truck after a lift and were so, so good. Cant recommend them enough.

I have to say, It surprises me how this place stays open. I walked in someone behind the counter said hello and no one came over to ask if I needed help. I looked at tires and wheels and was going to ask about a leveling kit and a possible lift. I saw that one guy was on the phone but the guy who said hello was standing behind the counter just looking at his computer. Honestly, go to M.T.O or Bullhide in Fort Collins or anywhere that’s not corporate owned. If this place isn’t corporate owned then the owner needs to know. This store was empty, no customers to be a excuse for not asking me if they could help. Walked out and won’t ever come back.

I had a lot of questions but Alexander definitely took care of all the answers and got me squared away. Thought I was gonna have to wait but I will be picking my Bilstiens 5100 up tomorrow. Easy fast and very knowledgeable. I’ll be ordering thru you guys again.

Since the first phone call these guys earned my business. Lift kit looks great and install was very professional. Very helpful friendly staff that can answer anything 4x4! Ill be using them again definitely.

Ordered on Friday, installed the following Wednesday. Customer service was top notch, and I couldnt be happier with how it turned out!

I buy a lot of parts from 4wheel Drive parts online for a lot of toys that I have. After sinking quite a bit of money into a 92 Jeep YJ, that I had purchased through a joint venture, I had ordered a slip yoke eliminator kit and top of the line Bush Whacker Fender flare kit a head of time, to install when got the Jeep back from the Body Shop. Someone had run into it while parked and after I had it completely Scorpion lined inside and out.I had my mechanic come over to install the slip yoke eliminator kit and once under my Jeep he informed me of some serious damage to the frame rails via rust and some other related things that needed to be done. Long story short, I stopped him and have decided to sell as is as I have put over five grand into the Jeep already.I called 4wheel parts customer service and told them my story and why it took so long for me to return the parts. Everything was still in boxes however I was expecting to get a no on my return and or a 30% restocking fee. Gavin from 4wheel parts in Loveland Colorado, took my parts back and refunded my money with NO STOCKING fees! Thats $1100.00 I can apply toward my other trucks.I cant say enough about Gavin & Loveland, Colorados 4wheel parts store. Awesome shop, Daniel and Gavin were both helpful and kept me in the loop when my truck was getting worked on. I approved some additional work but there was no pressure and I was presented with the pros and cons of each scenario. My Tacoma looks amazing and it rides like the day I drove it off the lot again (but with a nice new lift). I highly recommend these guys.

Long story short, if you’re just looking for tires then I would not recommend here. Seems like a good facility for work on a modern Jeep or truck.I ordered some tires to go on stock 1964 land cruiser wheels. They got them in quicker than tire rack and price was reasonable.I dropped the wheels off to get the tires mounted at 10 am. They called back at 4 pm and said they couldn’t do it due to the wheels were designed for tube tires. I had ordered modern tubeless tires.I took them to big o the next morning and they did the work in a couple hours.In all I felt pretty insignificant to this shop but big o went the extra mile with a smile.

I would like to thank Dillion & 4WP (Loveland Store) for all his help with my ol ladies 2000 Chevy Silverado 1500 6 lift kit upgrade. We had some issues with the truck and it took a little longer than expected but everything got taken care of and Dillion was very helpful through the whole process. It is a 4x4 shop. You walk in and your eyes get big and your wallet is never big enough. Guys in there are good guys, always ready to help. Plenty of inventory or they can get it for you. Downside is sometimes they try to charge you a fee to have something shipped to them.

We were will taken care of. Bought some new wheels and tires for it truck. They beat all the competitors prices! The staff are knowledge and willing to answer any questions.

Always outstanding service. These guys replaced my ball joints and axle ujoints in my 1996 cherokee. The u-joints failed prematurely and 4 wheel parts fully warrantied all the parts and labor. Its a good place to take a lifted jeep for a wheel alignment, most other shops wont mess with modified vehicles. These guys do a great job with aligning my crossover steering setup. Would recommend to anyone, very understanding and down to earth group of people.

I could stay and drool in there for hours. Friendly and helpful staff that know their stuff! I would like to see price tags on the part wall displays but Im sure if youre in the market, you should know if youve been researching for your truck/Jeep. They seemed reasonable price-wise however, very competitive to online. I guess theyll install as well!

These guys are great at what they do and fair with theyre pricing. My 1990 Jeep Cherokee had a crazy death wobble at 35-50 MPH that was insane. After a diagnosis they said it needed a few things done to the front end to stop the wobble. The day the parts came in they got the work done. I picked up the Jeep, jumped on the highway and was cruisin at 80 MPH smooth......Thanks guys. NO MORE DEATH WOBBLE!!!! I will be sending fellow 4x4 people your way. 😎👍

Absolutely horrible customer service and very shotty work. I spent $3,000 for new tires and rims and less than a year later three them are leaking at the valve stem. They want to charge $150 to just look at the car and that’s not even including what they want to charge to fix them.

Excellent service and best price in town. I called a few shops to get a price on a leveling kit for 2016 2500HD. They beat every shop by $100 and were able to get it in the next day. When I went to pick it up, they service writer gave me a copy of my alignment. I was shocked that was included with the price! Every other shop was $100 higher plus and alignment. They were fast and professional and I will be a returning customer.

Will make sure you are getting the part you want and/or need even if there is a more expensive part. Never have they tried to up sale a more expensive part to me. Absolutely awful service. Ordered a part that needed to be shipped from another location and was told it would arrive the next day. Upon going in they told us the order was never sent to the other location so we had to wait longer. The bumper we were getting also said with wench indicating to us that it was going to come with one however it did not. Their false advertising was not appreciated. Their website also is not accurate. The bumper we ordered said it would not fit the make and model of our vehicle on the website but the sales associates said otherwise. When we decided it wasn’t worth the hassle and went to get our deposit back they said they had our part and could install it in half an hour. They told us the wrong price of installation and over charged compared to the value they had given and we ended up waiting in the shop for an hour and 45 minutes. While waiting we witnessed all of the employees messing around with food including the man who was supposed to be working on our car as well as the man who I presumed to be management. All I can say is we certainly won’t be shopping at this location again if any. If you are going to shop at this establishment go to the Denver location as they seem to carry more items anyways. The only upside to this entire experience is the bumper looks nice.

Would recommend anyone in north Denver metro go up to this location. Definitely worth the drive. Great customer service and a million less customers than 80th and Federal.

Would not install parts for me unless I purchased them through them. They never seem to have anything in stock that I actually need. But Hey! they will order it for you, LOL. I recently ordered something, through their website. 2 weeks later nothing. So I called their help center and they said that their vender is going to ship it to them in another 2 weeks. What a joke. I told them to cancel my order and refund me. All of my friends have had similar experiences so we wont waste our time with them. I think this is a good place to go if you have a newer Jeep and money to burn and are too lazy or lack the knowledge to install things yourself

Could not be more satisfied with the work done to my truck. The people I spoke to there were amazing. Understandably they were booked out about a month, but they were able to get me in in October for some suspension work. Reasonably priced and done professionally and very well. I dropped my truck off on a Wednesday and was able to pick it up on Friday.Everyone at the front counter is welcoming and pleasant. They of course want your business but also treat you like a human who is curious and asks questions. Then some of the techs that work there will come up and answer questions if need be.I had OME Stage 3 leafs put into the rear and 3 taller adjustable coilovers put in the front. The truck rides so much better than when it had the stock (bowing down) leafs with blocks and the Procomp (tapped out) suspension in the rear. After about 1000 miles I took it back in and they checked all the bolts and made sure everything was set AND EVEN trimmed my fenders to keep the back of the front fender from rubbing. All in all a great place to be and a great place to get work done. Im so happy with my 2013 Toyota Tacoma.

Thought they were pretty ok on knowledge but thy are just like the rest of the industry trying to get a sale. After spending almost 5k about 6 months ago I have yet to get a call to see how I like the products I bought and if I had any questions.....but hey Bullhide 4x4 took care of that.......I will not do business with them again.

We took my boyfriends dually in to get leveled, 6 new tires and spacers. A week before today we ordered all the things to do so and spent over 1,000. Once they looked at his truck and started working on it they called to say they don’t do spacers on duallys. 🤦🏻‍♀️ So they told him “you can do the spacers yourself and bring it back and we can put your tires on.” He said “okay I’ll just pick up my tires and spacers” they then proceeded to tell him no it’s a liability cause the spacers weren’t meant for duallys. Okay well could have told us that before we ORDERED THEM LAST WEEK. But wait I’m not done. We asked if someone could come buy the spacers WE ordered, they said no. So we called Autoplux Restyling Center and told them what they were doing. Their day was full and busy yet they went above and beyond to help. We went and got our truck and spent another 900 bucks for the tires they bragged about being on sale. 😂 Almost 2,500 to them that we would have much rather went to Autoplux Restyling Center. Not only did they go to 4 Wheel Parts and bought the spacer that was meant for us but they finished the unfinished job 4 Wheel Parts did.
