My oldest son received an Anki Cozmo robot about 5 years ago and when his younger brother turned three, he handed it down to him. This little robot has been played with so much and there are not made anymore. We ordered a battery replacement online and we tried to see if we could do it ourselves, but we’re too concerned with breaking him. I took a chance and walked into this store with my three year old while he called it the Cozmo Doctor. The person who helped us was fantastic. I think his name started with a T and it wasn’t on my receipt but he deserves all the praise. He took a chance for us when we were desperate for a solution and executed it flawlessly. Lucas and I can’t thank you enough!!

Poor customer service. Was inconveniencing to the employee helping me with trying to help identify a practical application for my project only to make a haste decision because the employee convinced me the product would preform equal to what I was removing. They prey on lack of knowledge and lack the tack to rectify bad product or advise. 1300$ in batteries to only have a few bad cells that ruin the entire system…which after a few conversations they want to avoid at all cost to make right.…do yourself a favor and go with with someone more reputable and willing to not be burdened with or by someone who might need help with batteries.

Just lost a good customer due to the sign on your door. I’m fine if your employees and cusromers want to wear a mask for a false sense of security but do not push it on me. I like to shop local but it looks like Amazon can sell me battery tenders today!

Went in to try and replace my UPS battery since my model wasnt listed. The gentleman at the counter knew exactly what I needed, installed the batteries for me, and made sure my UPS worked at the store. Everything worked out, and I was in and out in like 6-7 minutes.

2 weeks went by after I paid for a battery that they had told me multiple times it was just held up by delivery. I finally found out that their vendor cant even make my battery needed. Confusion happens but what was upsetting is that when I went to get my money back I didnt even get an apology for the 2 weeks of me calling and getting nothing. Luckily I found the one I needed that same day at Auto Zone.

Called to ask if they had a certain battery, they looked up number and said yes. Drove over there but they had none. Wasnt to happy

Great service! Got the broken glass replaced on my iPhone. They had the glass in stock and did a nice job repairing the phone. They even put a screen protector on which was an extra nice step. The gentlemen who filled out the work order and who accepted my payment when I went to pick up my phone was very kind and pleasant to deal with.

Thought my battery was dying in my car, Ian helped get it swapped out and tried to start. Wasnt the battery PLUS it was my starter smoking not the battery issue. He helped us get it returned and was beyond helpful. Very much recommend them! Theyre super helpful and very reasonably priced!

Ive done business here for years. We had 2 cars that had dead batteries on the SAME DAY. They tested both... verified that in fact both were beyond charging and did need replacement. As a repeat customer AND as I purchased both of the top of the line batteries as recommended, they gave me a 10% discount! Customer satisfaction for sure!

The battery that I purchased would not hold a charge. The vehicle I need the battery for was not near the store I purchased it at. The batteries plus near where I was would not do an exchange because it was not the same store. I have called the store I purchased the battery at here In Loveland multiple times and left a voicemail and have yet to hear back. They never seem to answer their phone. I ended up having to buy a different battery from a different Company and it worked perfectly. However I cannot even get a call back to get a refund on the bad battery that I was sold by the batteries plus in Loveland. Overall it has been a huge headache and a bad experience. I would not recommend the store or chain to anyone!

I was so impressed with the service and knowledgeable staff when I needed a car battery for my Mercedes. I initially went to an automotive store to pick up a battery that, according to their website, was the correct battery for my car. It turned out to be the wrong one and the salesman was not comfortable assisting me since he said I would be better off going to a mechanic for a luxury car. Instead, I gave Batteries Plus a try even though I didnt think they knew much about cars, but I was wrong. Casey was awesome getting me the right battery and installing it right then and there. I strongly recommend this store if you ever need a car battery replaced and installed. It was a lot less than what the dealer was charging.

Power Wheels needed a new battery; ordered on line, picked up at the store, easy. I looked at Amazon but there were too many complaints that the batteries refurbished and didnt last, so I choose to go with the store that specializes in batteries. My grandson is a happy boy driving his Truck again!

Ordered a X2 battery for my ford truck, received a email when it was ready to pick-up. Drove up to the store and told them why I was there and they took my keys, installed a memory minder for all my pre-sets, and installed the battery. No fuss, no hassle and the wait was about 10-15 minutes total time. Excellent service and the battery is a perfect replacement.

If you need it, they no doubt have it. They also recycle household batteries and light bulbs. There is a small change fee for some bulbs to recycle, but it is better to pay small change than to put in tbe landfill! So far i have had positive experiences in the Loveland and Fort Collins stores.

Went in on Christmas Eve to get my daughters iPhone screen replaced. There were two guys working, I didnt get the first guys name but he got us settled in. When we returned Caleb helped us. He was the one that fixed the phone. Both guys were cheerful and upbeat, considering it was Christmas Eve. The phone was fixed in less than an hour and everything turned out great. They even applied a discount coupon, to their already cheaper price (cheaper than any others I checked into). I highly recommend!

Very low quality hardware.Aftermarket replacement screen is a fingerprint magnet... impossible to keep clean. Clarity of the screen is dramatically impaired when compared side by side with a stock phone.The screen material is both soft and fragile. I had scratches in 2 days, and cracks in 3 weeks on the new screen. An obvious difference in quality vs the OEM Corning Gorilla Glass.The new screen is not glued down well enough to waterproof the phone. My waterproof Samsung S8 now gets fogging behind the camera lenses when Im out in the rain. You can press on the screen edge and see it flex in towards the frame... the gap lets in moisture.For the price they charged, one would expect quality hardware.

Get batteries and bulbs here. LolThis place is understaffed and the kid who works here knows his stuff and works really really hard. Totally recommend it.

I was having problems with my key fob on my Cadillac, and stopped in to see if they could test my battery. The technician who helped me was Lundra Bloom. She took a look at my fob and said that the battery was a little loose and to try it on my car again. Well, it didnt work any better so I went in because she asked me to come back in and let her know what happened. She had another look at the key fob, and while I was talking to a very nice customer in the store at the time, she came back and asked me to try it again. Since my car was across the parking lot I decided to start pushing my key fob button at the door. I no sooner made it to the curb of the sidewalk and I could see the lights of my Cadillac blinking! The key fob now works great! I went in to tell her and she gave me a high-five and did not charge me to fix my problem! Thank you so much Lundra! They should make you a manager!

I purchased my motorcycle battery from this location. I chose their battery because it was a few dollars cheaper. BIG MISTAKE! In less than a month I was riding in a very remote area and my motorcycle started to cut out badly. The battery terminals are so cheaply made that one had broken off inside the housing. The store did replace that battery, but just a few weeks later the new battery stopped holding enough charge to start my bike. The bike had been sitting for less than two weeks and in warm weather. My mechanic tested the entire electical system and diagnosed the battery as the issue. Batteries Plus said it tested within their parameters, so they refused to do anything about it. The clerk even rolled her eyes at me like I was ignorant when I tried to explain how the battery would not stay charged. Their are many other resources to find your batteries...USE THEM INSTEAD!!!

Helpful employees. Picked up 4 new replacement batteries for the solar system on my RV.

I went in for a cracked screen repair and had to go back in after 4 days when my screen stopped working. the screen worked while cracked so something they did is messing up my phone. They repaired the second screen which also stopped working after about a week. Either they are installing defective protects or they broke my phone so the screen stops working. I use my phone for work and for emergencies while I watch my newborn. This is the third visit to this location and they send me away because they dont have someone working who can fix my Iphone 8. You know, one of the most popular phones in the market today. Total waste of my time.

I called asking for a price on their Samsung Note 4 lcd screen repair, and the nice gal told me $179.99, including parts, repair, and shipping. She told me to expect it to take 5 business days. I took my lunch to hop over there to get this done. When I met the gal, explained that I spoke to her on the phone and would like to do the repair, she started to process it, then let me know it would actually be $300. She realized this was very different than what she told me on the phone and apologized. She explained that she accidentally gave me the cost for a Note 2 repair. She took a second on her computer to see if theres anything she could do, and then let me know theres nothing she could do about it. She asked if Id still like to do the repair and I declined. I dont think Ill ever come again for repairs, batteries, or bulbs.

Worst customer service ever!Dropped off sons iPhone for repair, and arranged to prepay, so that he could pick it up later while I was at work. He showed up at the appointed time, and the clerk refused to give it to him, told him that there was no record of it being paid for, that they never, ever allow prepays, and rudely sent him away. I called from work, and he tried to blow me off too, even though I had the actual receipt information. Then he tried to blame the previous employee for not knowing their policies! Not once did he apologize or admit they had made a mistake. Instead he told me I was rude, hung up on me and refused to answer the store phone for the next half hour! If this kind of high school bullying behavior is your idea of good customer service, by all means, go here!

They have a sign in the window that they fix broken screens for Apple products. I brought my iPad Mini in to get the cracked glass replaced. They broke the screen under the glass, which they did replaced. When I went to pick it up the glass crackled when I pressed on it. They said the adhesive didnt work correctly, so they had to redo it again. After about 2 weeks, I was finally able to pick up my iPad. The glass looked good, but the metal all around the screen was damaged. They didnt give me any discount and were very short with me when I picked it up. They charged me over $120 to get it back. Ill never bring anything there again.

I replaced my the screen on my I-Phone 5 in this location. I chose them because I was referred by my director at work Risebroadband since i was new to this city. BIG MISTAKE! In less than a day I was experiencing weird things in my I-Phone it would go into all the apps by itself it would type random letters and numbers when i tried to send text messages and more. I took it back couple days after the screen replacement, Batteries Plus said it tested within their parameters. The guy AJ called himself as the store manager was pretty rude and even rolled his eyes at me like I was ignorant before doing anything he said he can not do anything about it, he thought i was lying to him I will not recommend him as a store manager at all there was an other clerk that was a lot better than him in taking care of the customers when I tried to explain how i see the issues with it he cat me and said replicate the issue to me that was pretty weird i told him it is not in my hand to tell the phone please do it again. Their are many other resources to find some good and nice people...USE THEM INSTEAD!!!
