I give this location 5 stars because the people there are amazing and very very knowledgeable. Helped me get the right games and accessories for my switch, even if I didnt buy them there (I did of course). I do not like the Game Stop corporate horse manure, but the employees are what makes this location great!

Was tryin to catch a break from the big box stores n aint been in a gamestop in years....but i got a switch a month ago n have been wanting to buy Splatoon 2 for under 40 bucks (or cheaper for that matter shoot!) But even used and without a manual is outrageous coz wallywierds sells em 49.99 fresh in the box with the books. But ive come to a conclusion that ima get the digital game so i can claim the points. Gamestop was alot kinder when i was in my xbox phase....but,at heart ive always been a handheld/mobile gamer fan since gameboy.

I can sure figure out why GameStop is going bankrupt. Went to GameStop the other day to get a PlayStation aim controller because I recently picked up a PlayStation VR. Guy there told me they dont make aim controllers anymore, which is not true, he also told me that my VR system will not work with the new PS5. Talked to multiple people later and they said they have literally been playing their VR system on their PS5 all day. You know sometimes you want to hire people that know at least a little bit about what theyre selling instead of giving customers the wrong information and losing sales. I also picked up a brand new PlayStation aim controller but not from GameStop.

Just use Amazon they actually have everything plus when you do the 2 day shipping its actually 2 day and not 3 day shipping. They just want to lie to their customers. They wonder why they are going out of business.

Love this game stop since I moved here theyve been my go to Mike, Keith and the rest of the crew always remember a face and are eager and at Glee when they can share there wealth of knowledge and opinion upon new releases and older titles. They generally put off a strong vibe that they love what they do and that always brings me back!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My rating is based on my buying experience here. I havent sold or traded in anything with Gamestop. I liked that with most questions I had, they had answers. They showed me their Nintendo Switch console they had available to play and try it out. They looked up different games I was interested in and knew if any were compatible for the consoles I have. Great help and I will buy from that store again!

Keith has helped me a few times and he is always knowledgeable. Which is important for a middle aged mom of 4 who isnt always up to speed on things! Explains it to me in terms I can actually understand. He has gone out of his way to provide excellent customer service every time I stop in. Thanks for making gaming easy Keith!

I just cant support a business that screws theyre customers for their game trades and points system (which really doesnt exist anymore) for being loyal to a corporation that screws us over. Granted look up some YouTube videos to stick it back to the corporate man lol. This has nothing to do with the employees of this store at all, they are great employees, thus the 4 star rating. They sold me a used ps4 controller, it doesnt work well sticky buttons .. they didnt test this controller before they sold it and if they did this is a terrible product. These controllers, used arent cheap. Im going to return it but wow ..

I bought a 360 from them in April of 2016. I paid for what I was told was a three year warranty. My 360 acts up today so I called and spike to Mike s. He was dismissive and rude. I was them informed that the girl lied to me about the warranty length. Its only for two years and since I just passed that they wont do a thing. This place is a joke. When I asked around before buying the 360 I was told to avoid them. I should have listened. After speaking with corporate Ive come to the conclusion that this company is terrible and just looking to rip people off. I will be taking all my business and recommendations to Games Ahoy.

Store was open on Christmas eve around 5pm, employees were very pleasant for working the day before Christmas. Bought a nintendo switch & they were very informative and positive throughout the whole transaction. I know the employees didnt want to be there Christmas eve but they sure made it seem like a regular working night! Kudos to them for customer service the night before Christmas!

This store is selling used playstation 4 500gb for more then a brand new playstation 4 1tb from Walmart Im so confused

Ooof that was bad, I came in on a Friday morning, got there at 10:45, there was a note on the door saying we will be back in 5 I waited 15 minutes no telling how long he was gone before I showed up. I went in there with things to trade, he said what do you want I laughed and said to trade some stuff. He proceeded to tell me that they didnt take a few things, I had to correct him and actually have him look it up, he was wrong. Rude, not helpful, doesnt know what hes doing, overall terrible experience wish I could give 0 stars

We had pre ordered red dead redemption 2. They really seemed organized when it came time to pick it up early. They had people in groups and u walked in with ur group. Showed them your receipt and off you went!I felt like they were friendly and professional about it! Awesome job guys!!

I just wanted to say that the staff here are amazing. Collin was very polite and helpful as has been my experience with most of the staff. But he dealt with a frustrated mom( me) when my son’s new controller broke. I felt like I was kinda rude at first, but he didn’t flinch. He seemed to totally understand my frustration and helped me replace it with a new one.Turns out my son loves the new (red) one.This is a big deal because my son has a medical condition that has placed him in and out of children’s hospital for the last 7 months.He can’t socialize a lot because he gets infections too easy. So gaming is the only way he gets to really ‘play’ with his friends.Thankfully Collin and Mike told me about their protection plan when I originally bought the controller that broke. I was able to replace it with no issues. Honestly I reccomend always doing as Collin and Mike advise. Get the replacement plan, it’s worth it.I also wanted to point out that this store is so well organized and clean.It’s obvious the staff here actually care.I’ll always be a customer here as long as I live in Loveland.Thank you Collin for dealing with a grouchy momma and totally making my sons day.Thank you to Mike too!

GameStop is the epitome of trashy gaming stores. I swear every single game or piece or mechandise in here is overpriced.Good luck trying to make even a little cash if you sell anything here. They will rip you off. Most of the time they give you 1/4 or 1/8 of the actual value of the game.Im aware theyre trying to make a profit but theyre just crooks. Id highly recommend going to Games Ahoy in Loveland.

Sales guy was all about selling product, not helping people. If you werent buying the newest stuff he forgot about you. He also was wheeling and dealing behind the counter saying Ill sell you a new product, then return it and give you the trade in. Just seemed shady.

Very slow service and staff does not seem very interested in helping you out. Tried trading in a console and they were too impatient to actually make it happen. So I took it elseware. This location has lost a customer, I have no intention of returning to this Game Stop after this experience.

Did not get greeted by the clerk! Dont really shop at gamestop anymore but this store had some good deals! I may shop here again...
