Both of the young ladies that work at this store are so helpful. Both of them have helped me out on a couple occasions when my phone is acting up! I give them props for working at this specific location because of all the rude people that seem to come in (witnessed a customer being so mean to one of them), I could never work there! In all great place, great employees!
Woman was pretty polite. She tried everything she could to help me out. Even though she couldnt fix my phone she still made a good effort, she then gave me a few suggestions which I would need Boost customer support for. She wasnt able to try those suggestions from her position.
Bought the Samsung Galaxy A11, 5 days ago that the girl highly recommended. Its extremely slow, poor quality and i get zero service. I am completely unsatisfied with the phone and customerservice. I went into the store yesterday to exchange it and she refused to do so. On the recipient itself, it says returns and exchanges can be made to the same purchase location within 7 days of purchase date, with a receipt and original packaging and the phone must be in perfect condition. I had all those boxes checked and they still refused to exchange it. I would not recommend this location, if any! Definitely not happy with boost eversince they merged with T-mobile.
After reading some of the reviews I was worried that it was. It going to be such a great experience going to this boost mobile. While the store is hard to find (next to subway southside) the boost employee Abby was fantastic. Super great service and very professional. Lost one star for difficulty in finding the store.
Everytime I have a problem with my phone I go in and they always help me out! Love this place wouldnt go anywhere else!
Very bad customer service, lady was extremely rude and not helpful at all called to tell her what she told me was incorrect after I contacted 3 other boost Mobile retailers, and she still was rude, refused to give me her name boost Mobile retailer # so I could contact corporate and said that there was nobody I could talk to above her! *Steer clear*
HORRIBLE customer service. Walk In to an empty store and there was no greeting whatsoever. So, I have to start the conversation. I know you pay for what you get but seriously....teach your people a little SERVICE!!!!
