Store hours say they are open at 10 am. No one was there. No sign on door with a reason why they are closed. I waited for 40 minutes in the parking lot before an employee showed up. Only one person working so there was a line. Got fed up and decided after years it was time for a new phone company.

I am sick of this whole Covid-19 thing! I walked in ready to spend a small fortune on phones and I was told to go outside and wait! Well I guess you dont want my business that bad. I cant believe a business is going to treat a customer like that. I wont be recommending that store at all!

Customer service has greatly improved from last year. Reviewing the actual service/customer service, its outstading. Reviewing phones.. If you buy anything under 100 your phone isnt going to be the best quality. But that would be a review for a different company. The cell phone service is great.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Purchased a new phone at full price because I was told I wasnt eligible for an upgrade till April. I found my old phone the next day and was denied a refund as the receipt stated because it was allegedly an upgrade under Edge, whatever that is. The same salesman helped me the second day and admitted he told me it was NOT an upgrade but that it was implied that putting a new phone on an existing line qualified it as an upgrade. Spoke to who I assume was franchise owner or store manager, however the company works, who did not know the definition of sheisty and accused me of having poor ethics for attempting to return a phone after finding my old one. Not at any time did anyone let me know it was considered an upgrade--in fact I was assured it was NOT because I was ineligible. I am store manager for another business and was appalled at the way I was treated. Horrible customer service through all levels of management.

Apparently you have to go inside the store every time to make a payment. The app only works half the time and that only after trying 4 different times and if you try to text reply PAY like it literally asks for you to do it wont work and the best part is it waits 24 hours to let you know that Sorry, the request you sent was not uderstood How does that make any sense at all?? So now you get to be late on your payment, no service, and an app that only allows data and wont use wifi even though the data isnt working on your phone. Switching for this reason only. Thats how annoying it is. To not be able to ever pay my bill is extremely frustrating. I dont have time to go into the store every time when my bill is due. Super disappointed cause the price was good but at this point Id rather over pay for anything else. Sucks not having service for several days ever single damn month.

Ive have been having nothing but problems with service . I cant answer phone calls because I cant hear anyone on the other end . I cant seem to get text sometimes its a half hour before I get there he text someone sent or they never receive a response from me.

Friendly staff, you find they have the best mobile phone service and the fastest internet service, the prices of phones are very cheap compared to the local markets and offers are really amazing and very cheap compared to the rest of the phone service companies, a place worth visiting and dealing with them.
