I went in and bought a new phone for my son’s birthday 8/4. I opened it up to get it all set for him today only to find it needed a special box to charge it. I spoke with a different store that apologized and offered me a discounted price for the mess up, but since I didn’t get the phone from them I didn’t think it was right to have them do that. I went back to this store and the guy that sold me the phone acted all nonchalant about everything. Didn’t offer a discount and then apparently you have to have exact change or use a card… will not be using this store ever again…

Rude condescending Unhelpful staff. Was on the phone while IN THE STORE to get help through Verizon app. Wanted to use my Verizon up rewards. 80.00. And Am getting screwed out of it. Verizon used to be Great. After 9 yrs of being a Loyal Customer Im Out.I Recommend pulling your business out!

I had to take my mothers phone in to Verizon to have them transfer all the data to a new phone and I dealt with a gentleman named Tanner at the Verizon store across from Walmart in Loveland and he was phenomenal he took such good care of me because I was so frustrated not being able to transfer data from the old phone to the new phone and he just made my life so much easier and I really appreciate his help and he was so easy to work with he never made me feel stupid because I couldn’t do it and he showed me things to make it easier in the future if I have to do it again So thank you Tanner so much for your expertise and your kindness

Friends beware of this location...they lied, you dont have to pay off your phone for a replacement through insurance, and ot was not cheaper to get a new phone....both blatant lies...a simple insurance claim, normally 200 bucks, cost us 800.00 and then was non refundable, and we couldnt return to the payment plan...the cost us 600 extra dollars, lied that they didnt have our model phone...called and reported them....600.00 extra dollars they cost us...close them down...people deserve better.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!! I came in to add a line and as much as I new the sales man “Nate” was being a seller I listened at the end they ended up with two of my brand new phones that was supposed to be added to my bill, THEY STILL CANT FIND THE RECIPES OR THE PHONES!! I called and a manager was supposed to call me back after waiting a week still no call so I called again and asked for the manager, the man who answered said he was the manager, when I explained he tried to help and at the end of the conversation he said well miss this is my managers name you can try to call later when he’s in... WHAT!?! Now I have a 1000 dollar bill two stolen phones and every person in there LYING! I tried to be nice and have them chance after chance and they continued to act this way and lie steal and cheat the system. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE AND DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME. Oh and the hour and half I was in there getting a phone they would talk about every customer that was elder and didn’t know what was going on with their phone or bill.. (no wonder they probably lied to you and stole your stuff) this place is a disgrace for Verizon and we have now switched to t-mobile after being clients of Verizon for 15 years because of these people! So if you life your service don’t go there go to the corporate one down the road!

Clint Adler helped my elderly mother when her phone died. He was super kind, patient, and helpful. Clint was friendly and not pushy, which I appreciate as she is on a VERY limited budget. She felt she got a great deal on a good phone and appreciated his patience since at her age, smart phones can be a challenge.

Alisha did a fantastic job! She worked with me to solve all of my issues, got me a new phone at a fantastic price, got my veterans discount, and set up my phone exactly the way I wanted it. She was pleasant to work with and patient throughout the long process.

I had a great experience at this Verizon location. Considering I came in towards closing with a shattered phone, Clint and Alisha were able to upgrade me to a new phone in a timely manner while not rushing me along. They made sure I was confident leaving with my new purchase.

What a wonderful place! We had to switch carriers and they made it so easy. I was worried about switching over and they took away all the anxiety! They were beyond friendly, very honest and had an answer to every question we had. We are very happy with our switch to Verizon and the quality of customer service that we experienced. I recently purchased a new phone from this store as I needed a replacement for a lost one. Nate Bok was the customer service member who took care of my needs that day.Throughout my entire time at that store, he provided top notch, professional customer service. He was very knowledgeable about the array of phones and products at the store and was able to answer all of my questions fully. Furthermore, he would often go into great depth about about product recommendations and how we could find the right phone to suit my needs.I would strongly recommend anyone to work with Nate at this Verizon retail store. I will definitely visit him again if and when I am in need of another phone or have questions about my service.

After hours being on the phone with apple. HOURS!!! IN TWO DAYS. I came to Verizon and was immediately welcomed by Deb. She helped so much the first day but we still couldnt get my phone working as it was disabled because I forgot my passcode. After coming home jumping though hoops I still couldnt get it to work. I got further tho with the help of Deb (the first day) fast forward to the next day and I came back Deb was working and so was Alex Goff! Let me tell you it was fate that I went back and the two of them were able to work their magic and finally do a factory reset on my phone. Alex really really helped me so much. I left so happy with a new Motorola edge. He did literally everything until it worked. Changing sim cards using laptops this that and the other thing. I was impressed to say the least and I will always go here for my phone needs! They were so professional and nice and wouldnt give up on my phone as I had plenty of other people tell me Im basically screwed. But nope they fixed my mess of a weekend and I couldnt be happier. Also on the middle of all this I was Thirsty and Alex stopped what he was doing on my phone to go switch out the water tank. I felt like I was taken care of and they were happy to do it. 10/10 recommend this store. Professional,clean,nice& friendly.. and they KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING!! Thanks again guys!!!

Brandon did an amazing my job setting up my new IPhone which I purchased and “set up” in Johnstown CO the day before. The place I bought it from did the worst job getting my first IPHONE setup. Buyer beware they talked us into leaving our provider, made promises took our money and then we go to fix something and completely turn their back on the promise and then ask for more money!! Completely feel taken advantage of I was warned about Verizon if I had the money I would switch today but no they scraped me clean... They are just that used car salesmen that take advantage of you!

Every fee that was waived showed up on my bill 3 months later. I was not expecting a $400 bill when I was told I would be paying$200. My bill is actually going to me closer to $300. Literally nothing that I agreed to is happening in this contract. Avoid this company, go through one of the Verizon corporate stores of you want the service. Goffney was our sales rep.

I had to go in the other day due to my device malfunctioning, and I have to say that I received probably the best customer service I have ever had at a Verizon store, if not at any store, period! I explained what was going on to Alisha when she came to help me, and she was very helpful in finding a new device to upgrade to that was comparable in cost to my old one. We did run into a few technical hiccups along the setup and upgrade process (to no fault of hers, I should add), but she never once lost her friendly, patient, and vigilant demeanor, which helped me stay positive when I couldve otherwise been panicking. I dont come into Verizon stores often, but from here on out, thanks to the saint that is Alisha, I will make sure this store is the only one I stop by!

Courteous and helpful employee, but he couldnt read a contract. My Pixel 3 phone would not charge on my charger and it should have been under warranty. He said it wasnt. He also said it couldnt take a wireless charge after he tried for 10 or 15 minutes. So he was sure I had a bad battery and sent me on a wild goose chase to find a replacement. Take care if you are a Verizon customer that this and many other so-called Verizon stores are Authorized Retailers but not Verizon Company Stores. Their friendly employees dont have full company training. I learned the difference when I finally found a company store. Within 10 minutes a replacement phone was ordered for delivery the next morning. I have a one-year manufacturers warranty but I did not have an extended warranty. My phone did take a wireless charge but it takes 20 minutes to start charging. The guy at the this store didnt know that. I will go to a company store from now on.

Wow!! Matt provides Incredible service!! We had gone in to put my phone on my boyfriends plan and had some issues with transferring my phone number and getting a new phone. He seriously worked with our financial status and made us understand our best options. He gave us his personal number in the case we needed help with anything technology related, walked us through everything (the new phone and watch). He is TRULY amazing. He deserves a raise!!!! Ask for him when you go in!! Even if you have to wait (like if he’s with someone), he seriously has provided the best customer service in sales, between stores and customer support. Hands down would go to him any day!!!!!

First of all this is not a real verizion. You will pay 100+ for your phone at this location. It is not a Verizon dealership ran by Verizon. They will try to trick you into thinking it is the same but it is not and if you dont fall for theyre trick or call them out on it they are very rude. Bad customer service and dishonest.

This place is a scam. The manager Ryan Rudenansky lived up to his name and was rude. They tacked on an unnecessary “device setup fee” for $40. When I called corporate they said it wasn’t necessary and I was lied to by their authorized dealer (not an actual Verizon, just an authorized reseller).The sales person said she would waive the Device Setup Fee when I came in to pick up my phone. When I arrived to pick it up, the manager said it couldn’t be removed. They also charged me $11 more than the true cost of the phone.All in all I was disrespected and scammed out of $51. I would guess Verizon corporate wouldn’t want such a deceptive company representing them.

I recently purchased a new phone here and must say its the best experience Ive ever had at a Verizon store.In the past I have gone to the Fort Collins store and usually have a significant wait and not always had the best service.This Loveland store was Amazing. Barely anyone there (besides friendly employees),a zero wait, and the experience was absolutely exceptional.I worked with Joshua and he was the best Verizon rep Ive ever worked with. He was friendly, genuine, and made my 7 year old son feel welcome (even helping charge his iPad right at the desk).Joshua workede with me to resolve all my issues and even came out the my car to help install my newly purchased phone car mount. Solid rep and human being all around! Verizon give this man a raise as he is a valuable asset to the organization. Truly.The only negative was that the phone mount didnt work very well. It was a self charging magnet Mount and the phone did not stay to the mount nor did the charger work. I brought it back several days later and they received it and return my money with no questions asked and only apologies. Again, no customers were there, but there were several employees, and Josh was there as friendly and helpful as ever.I have left a of of reviews and shared photos as I am a Google guide...and I will say this one really stands out.Honestly Im hesitant to share such a good review because I want this experience every time I return,and if too many people find out about this amazing store Im afraid it will be more busy and longer wait.5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 experience all around. Gets my highest recommendation.

I was very annoyed trying to activate my mobile hotspot thru the app. The service might not have been available anymore.I went in to the store not in the best mood.But Alex and his staff changed my plan so I could get my hotspot working.Because of them my son can do his school work while the schools are closed.They were life savers.
