Awful pharmacy. Never can get anybody on the phone, nothing is ready when they call you and a robot tells you it is. You go to the window and they tell you it will be ready in 45 minutes after they had had days to fill...

Walked out from pharmacy because of how uncomfortable I felt listening to how they were handling another guest. I scheduled my second covid vaccine here and was told to wait because they had a walk-in that was trying to convince staff to give her a third vaccine (booster) even though she had no documentation that she is immunocompromised and was never told by a doctor that she needed one. After listening to them go back and forth for about 15 minutes, the staff decided to give it to her without verifying any additional information. I asked for my vaccine card back, walked out, and went to another CVS. Not only did I have an appointment and was told to wait for a walk in, but the way they handled the booster and lack of verification made me very uncomfortable to entrust my care at this location.

Congratulations to this CVS for being the worst in Cincinnati. Ive been a long time CVS loyalist but now going across the street to Walgreens. Prescriptions are never ready when they say, only filled when you walk in or only started when you pull up to the drive thru. Store Restrooms are disgusting, trash cans outside over flowing, even the OTC meds are completely bare. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Scheduled a covid test 3 days in advance, and CVS wasnt able to call me beforehand to let me know they ran out of test kits or help me secure an appointment at another location

I really have been happier at CVS than Walgreens.The staff, especially Ashley, are very professional and courteous. Their drive through is clean and well maintained.

Best Pharmacy Staff Ive ever dealt with. They are a young group, but extremely knowledgeable and best of all, very good at managing expectations.
