This is the absolute best storage unit Ive ever had. Its inside, easy to get to since I can also pull my car inside, well lit inside and out, completely dry, temp controlled, dehumidifiers running 24/7, and the staff is great too!Its well worth the cost to know that my things are safe.Thank you.

Quincy & Cam were phenomenal. They offered a discount for the first two months & a free uhaul for the day. Makes moving so much easier!

A very great experience! After the unexpected move, I needed a storage unit and this place did a great job in helping me!! The nice young man who helped me was named Drew, he was very polite and kind whenever I asked him questions. Would recommend!

During a recent move, we encountered a need to store more than a 16 POD could handle. By chance, and much to my delight, I found Box Storage.Drew was most helpful in introducing me to the facility.The place is as clean as a Marine Corps barracks, and the fact that the site is inside and temperature controlled makes it most appealing during inclement weather. Box certainly sets a high standard among storage businesses.

Storage units are just old metal boxes right? Well not at this place! It’s a baby with only being around 15 months old according to the manager Drew. He showed me a couple of units and they all sparkle! I’ve found another hidden gem of Loveland, OH!

Lovely storage units near by to my job. I went in there inquiring to see if possibly they had closer storage units to my home in Colerain. I think they would do well there, considering the competition. Excellent indoor climate control, the facility is gigantic for an indoor facility! Lots of space with a garage area to load and unload!

The girls in the office were very nice and really know there stuff about storage. There is a drive in garage to pull your truck in when you move your stuff in which no other place has!! Beautiful brand new facility.

Wow, What a facility, Clean, bright, & shiny, As well it should be its new! The best part of the place are the people, Brianna & Drew are such a delight to work with, They both know their stuff when it comes to storage! I would recommend this place just on them alone, Keep up the great work!

Wonderful new location!! The property manager Brianna was wonderful in helping us find the right unit for what we wanted to store. We originally asked to see a bigger unit then what we actually needed and Brianna helped us find the right unit which was smaller then we thought was needed.

Bri was an amazing help! Would definitely recommend going to see her ASAP for the best prices and best customer service.

Drew and Bre were in one word FLAWLESS very kind sweet and caring with the lost of a close friend her things had to be moved and i was not ready to go through all of that they made it as good of an experience as possible with Drews charm and Bres humor they went above the call of duty and helped me though a rough time i love this place
