Very helpful and informative. Did it all over the phone with payments . Took less then 5 minutes to sign papers and get the lock they provided for me. Clean facility. Good location . The people in the office are very nice. I will say that I think it would be nice if they would have restrooms for their customers. Didnt look all around . There could be I might not of seen them too.

Good facility. Easy access and accommodating staff. There are mice as with any facility like this, so if you are storing a car, set traps and check them regularly. I will use them again.

The staff at Self Storage at Centerra couldnt be better. They are very accommodating and made every step of the rental process easy. They were willing to work with us about what size we needed and made sure we had access to anything we would need to help our move. We would highly recommend them.

I COULDNT TELL YOU EXACTLY WHAT DAY THIS HAPPENED BUT I AM AT MY UNIT AND I HAVE ALOT OF THINGS PULLED OUT AND SEPERATED INTO WHAT WAS GOING IN MY CAR AND WHAT WAS STAYING IN STORAGE WHEN OUT OF THE BLUE IT DOWNPOURS AND I MEAN REALLY HARD. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WAS COMPLETELY SOAKED, I MEAN EVERY SINGLE INCH OF ME WAS DRENCHED. SO QUICKLY IM PACKED UP AND STORAGE IS LOCKED UP AND IM TRYING TO GET OUT OF THE GATE TO ABSOLUTELY NO LUCK AT ALL. THE ELECTRONIC EYE WOULD NOT OPEN THE GATE BECAUSE THE RAIN WAS SO SEVERE IT HAD GOTTEN THE LASER EYE WET AND IT REFUSED TO WORK. SO I DID THE ONLY THING I COULD THINK OF, I CALLED THE STORAGE FACILITIES PHONE NUMBER AND IN A MATTER OF 3-5 MINUTES THE OWNER WAS AT THE ENTRANCE SIDE OF THE GATE,INPUT HIS CODE THEN BACKED UP ALLOWING ME EXIT SPACE. HE WAS A GOD SEND SINCE I WAS PRETTT PANICKED FEELING HELPLESS AND WET AND COLD YET VERY GREATFUL. MY HERO OF THE DAY FOR SURE. THANKYOU SO MUCH

Jordan and his staff are awesome! We needed his largest climate controlled unit, but could not give them a definite date. They reserved the unit and worked with us when it was time to unload our 70 foot truck. The establishment is secure, clean and accessible, and the staff is ready to assist. Clean facility in an excellent location,, very easy to swing by on my way home from work. I rent a 10x10, we toured a few units and Jordan was able to help supply the best size unit for our overflow from the crawl space and garage.Honestly it’s low maintenance, Autopay is easy - the two times I’ve had questions the team was readily available. Around good neighborhoods too 10/10 stars

They have shown they will go above and beyond for their customers. I had to move last minute and booked online. When we went to move in, I realized they weren’t open and didn’t open until Monday. Imagine the feeling of what I’m going to do. I called to hope that maybe someone was there, no answer. I called one more time and still no answer. I was about to find somewhere else to store my things.Then they personally texted me asking if there was anything they could help me with.Yes!Took the time out of there time off to reached out to make sure I was taken care of. I was able to continue my move with no added stress.I was very appreciative! Thanks again!

Due to the limited amount of space we have at our clinics, we use our storage unit as overflow for all those items that just dont fit in our closets. We have extra furniture, Christmas Decorations, etc that just dont have space in the offices. The storage unit has easy access and is well maintained. Highly Recommend!

These guys totally rock - flexible, friendly and affordable.I was remodeling my entire main level and needed to move everything out. Self Storage at Centerra arranged movers, arranged a storage unit that would fit all of my items and then moved everything back after the remodel. It all went seamlessly, without an excessive amount of lead time required to book the movers, all hassle free, no haggling.The movers were extremely friendly and careful with my items and my walls ;) They even accommodated some special requests like placing some furniture I was going to sell on Craigs List at the front of the unit.When potential buyers came to look at the furniture Jordan (owner) greeted them and assured the buyers they were at the right place. All at a very affordable price compared to other moving and storage companies.

After weeks of searching for an available unit in Fort Collins or Loveland (nearly impossible!) I am thankful to finally have one. To make it even better, this place is brand new and the site itself is beautiful. (I know, strange to describe a storage facility as beautiful; but it really is clean, designed well, and looks very professional). I was surprised that the owner was there operating the place. He was pleasant and easy to work with. Thank you for helping my family finally get a unit!!As Ive only been in the space for two weeks, I will update my review if anything changes.

This is a great place, Ive rented multiple units from them and they have always been good to us.

Location, location, and location. Five minutes away. Storage size choices/types are nice, staff politely accommodating, entry/exiting secure (as well as storage), and fellow “storage users” have been found to be very considerate as well. Definitely 5 Star (*****). : )

Place is open weird hours and the office is frequently empty during those hours. Its in a convenient location and the units were clean. No maintenance on the roads in the complex, so be prepared for some slippery spots in the mirror.If you arent concerned with the availability of the staff, its a decent value.

Clean and very secure! An excellent option for my storage needs.

My unit was overrun with spiders and Ive had to move out my items to save them from further infestation. Ill no longer keep my stuff here, but the unit was a decent size and price so Im pretty disappointed.
