Outstanding service! Very friendly, and know what they are doing. I have purchased new tires and had them mounted, purchase new batterie, my flat tires plugged, oil & filter changed and my tires rotated. I have been very happy with their service. I definitely will recommend them.

Always fine service and they seem to do a little extra for you each visit. They dont recommend what you dont need and effectively fix what youre there for. Ive used them for three of our cars now and happy to have found them. Theyve been known to throw in something no charge now and then to thank you for your patronage.

Recently had a flat and tire that was unrepairable, Ron had tire next day and replaced as soon as we arrived, amazing service and really great people!

Tried to tell me something was wrong with my car that wasnt. Took it to a different shop and was told there was nothing wrong. Tried to take me for 660.00! Beware!!!!

Amazing service,I want to thank Ron and his team for their conclusion on my daughters SUV. Im from out of town and listening to the noise I was sure it was brake pads and rotors needing replaced. Figuring $550.00 to $600.00 they found the brakes and rotors were good and just needed cleanedThere was no charge for the service.My suggestion to my daughter was this is your mechanic as long as you are in this area.Again thank you all so much.Rick Paduana

Had a flat and changed the tire myself. Came in to drop it off to be fixed. They told me to wait. It will only take a couple minutes. About 10 minutes later he gave me my tire and said, its on the house! Next time youre in need for tires come see us. WOW .. was that refreshing. A business who cares about a customer. I have done business with them before. It was years ago. Ill tell you what. Im going back! Thank you F&F tire.

My steering was locked up had to have my vehicle towed in at about 7:30 am... Turns out front links control arms lower control arms power steering return line lots of things had to be taken care of I was out of there at 5 oclock that night didnt have to wait days or a week ..And fair price good service....

This place offered nothing on a major mistake by them. My in-laws went there to get a tire. F&F had to order it so my in-laws scheduled a visit to come back and get it installed. The car had tire service done here at F&F before so you would think that the place would know what size tire was needed. My in-laws had the tire installed but after driving home they looked at the paperwork and noticed the wrong size tire was listed. They called F&F, who acknowledged it was the wrong size tire so the next day my in-laws had to drive back and get the correct size tire put on the car. You would have thought the manager would want to keep the business and offer a free oil change or something to cover the inconvenience these folks had to endure.

I had flat tire a couple of days ago. I took the car in today. Turns out all that was needed was a replacement valve stem. No charge! A member of my congregation recommended this location when I needed tires awhile back. I am very pleased with the service.

Ive been a customer for about 8 years and am ashamed that I havent reviewed these guys sooner. They are competent, accommodating, friendly, and fair. Ron manages the shop as the standard of professionalism and trust, and I have never had anything besides outstanding service. A+.

These guys are amazing. Every time I go to a mechanic there is concern with cost and I always leave her spending less than feared and the work is always guaranteed. I know nothing of cars and never feel ripped off and send all my friends to them and they agree. I put about 400 miles a week on my SUV and having a good shop is such a huge relief. Thanks Ron!

The guy who runs this shop has a good sense of humor ... So he will understand why I ask Why the Green Bay Packer guy on the counter?! Isnt this Illinois? Lol He also has a jar full of stuff he has pulled out of customer tires over the years. There is quite a collection. The posters on the walls are fun to read while you wait . He says he needs to get out a ladder and fix the sign, but I told him he should not be driving because they looks fine to me ( see sign photo ). (Get it?) As in have you been drinking!! Ya had to buy tires I cant afford but I choose to make it fun and not get all twisted up over it. Oh and cold water for all!!

I cant really say whether their work is any good; though I can attest to their apparent lack of concern for customer relations. I was referred to this store by a long time customer for what was going to be a rather expensive job -- around $2,000 for a new clutch. I went there twice just to get an opinion as to what exactly was the problem. The first time, they were in the process of closing, and I was told to come back some other day. So, a couple days later, I returned, and one of the mechanics took my car around the block, and diagnosed the problem, it needed a new clutch. Okay... So, I asked for an estimate, to which Ron -- mind you, a nice guy -- told me he would have to call around to see how much the parts would be. Once he had the info, he would call me with an estimate and set up an appointment.He never called. I was going to call him, but I didnt see why I should have to chase after them to then give them my business. I suppose they are very busy, and didnt want the bother of working on my car.

I was just dropping off parts for my grandsons car but the gentleman I dealt with was very nice!

Always their in a time of need, car breaks down they get it in, and get it done! The guys are Great to business with. NEVER have a problem. And quality parts and Labor, and genuine people. Affordable too. Nice to have someone you can trust :)

Great service and a blessing to me! I brought in a tire that went flat on my car, for some reason. He pumped it up, checked for leaks (he didnt find any leak), took off the spare, put the tire back on, put the spare away neatly and completely and didnt charge me anything! Tire is holding air fine now. Thanks F&F Tire World!

Service was ok, but the personality at the counter had a lot to be desired. Personality was dry and borderline rude. Customer service requires something better than that.

Weve been going to F&F for tires for years and always had good experiences. Unfortunately, had brakes done here about a year ago and I was very disappointed. Immediately after we left my brakes were smoking, took it back in attempt to let then fix it but wasnt corrected. I took it to mechanic and spent a fortune on repairing it. The e brake was hanging up and destroyed the brakes. And now the front brakes are already bad and this vehicle is seldomly driven.

I had them put my winter tires on and they said I needed new lug nuts. They charged me $10 per lug nut! AutoZone sells them for $1.99 each! I will never go back there again!
