I spent 90 minutes waiting for an oil change and tire rotation, even with an appointment. Then at checkout I got surprised with an $82 bill despite the fact that I have a prepaid factory maintenance package (Hondacare) which covers fluid changes at any Honda dealership nationwide. The advisor explained that they dont honor factory maintenance packages since I didnt purchase the vehicle from Napletons. Ive since contacted both my original dealer and Honda Financial, and they both explained that Napletons is absolutely contractually bound to honor those agreements so I can only conclude that Napletons is either lying or incompetent. Additionally, the complimentary car wash somehow left my vehicle filthy with some kind of grime and the tech left a bunch of greasy finger prints on the inside of my windshield when he applied that silly little reminder sticker.
