Literally the worst. Had them come repair an oven but a few days later we encounter the same problem. Gave them a call MULTIPLE times. And after finally getting my calls through I get told that they’ll come by a certain time but never comes. Had this happened to me a few time already just in the span of 1 week.Not to mention I paid the guy after he “fixed” it. And now he won’t answer my calls.Do not give your business to these people.

I really like the technician, Jorge. Hes very knowledgeable and can fix and diagnose any ref. Or stove problem. Hes helped me many times as a landlord.

Do yourself a favor and save your money. I got a new washing machine from this place and it crapped out in a week. They came here to service the machine and were unable to rectify the problem. It has now been five months since I was able to get in touch with them, they constantly forward my phone calls and the washing machine has been out of service in my basement for months. Honesty if I could give them 0 stars I would, It is a wonder how they even got 2 stars.

They searched for a long time to find an oven rack for me that only cost $10. Completely Spanish / English bilingual. Very nice folks.

PLEASE PLEASE Don’t buy anything from this place!!!! This place is a Fraud. If you don’t want to waste your MONEY to these people, you should go somewhere else. We bought washer and dryer machines for about 1 month ago and they had promised us to come install to make sure they are working, but they never show up since even though we have paid him the FULL Amounts already. Now they are ignoring my phone calls and don’t want to responsible the warranty that they said they give you 3 months if the machines don’t work.

Meticulously clean, gently used gas stove, at about a quarter of the price of a new stove.

The worst experience, they just want your money. Very UNPROFESSIONAL, unreasonable never ever going there again.
