They came in and replaced a gasket on my front loading washing machine quickly and tested it for leaks. Great experience all around ... Before they totally crapped out, he fixed our clothes dryer (twice), refrigerators freezer, and washing machine. He rescued me when I broke the oven door at my mother-in-laws house, and she has used him for a couple of other repairs as well. Hes honest, reliable, and personable.

I was referred to Paul about 8-9 years ago from a Co-worker who grew up on Lowell that was also a neighbor. As a landlord the breakdown of appliances is part of the business. in my opinion, Paul is the perfect role model for Independants. He built his business from his service and referrals. I had 2 appliance breakdown this week and I was in a vulnerable state. Pauls efficient communication, honest approach and, customer first attitude hit home for me. He is reliable, honest, and puts the customer before himself which is unique when your invulnerable situation.
