Very cheap body shop!!!

I went here for the first time today and they were incredibly quick and efficient with service. I moved to Lowell recently and I was nervous about finding a place to go that I wasnt familiar with but they were very kind and helpful to me.

Just wanted to drop you all a quick note to thank you very much for the amazing job you guys did on my car. The bodywork looks great and has really surprised me with the interior details as well! Kudos to everyone involved. You really made my day, and this attention to detail will not be forgotten. Thank you for all you did. You guys are awesome.

Since past 3 years I come to Ben Auto, which is the best auto body shop I have ever had. The workers interact good throughout the repair process and do things on time. The quality of their work is excellent and your car is returned to you in great detail. In general, the owners are decent people who care very much about their customer relationships. I wanted to take a moment to write a Thank-you for all the times your company has demonstrated its willingness to do things the right way, and in a manner that keeps the consideration of the customer in mind. They recently remodeled an old car of mine. I had an overall excellent experience. They’re extremely professional, and very good with communication. They delivered on what they promised.

I wanted to say that Ben Auto Body did a very detailing job in making our old car look new. The only thing that surprised me more than the excellent work performed on my car was the friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, passionate staff members. Great work done in a timely manner along with friendly staff. A few months ago I brought in my car to get the front bumper repainted and have the headlights replaced with new ones. Months later the paint still looks great and the headlights function properly. They even called a cab for me to go home. This place will definitely take care of you!

By far the best experience I had with any auto body shop. My car was hit and my insurance guy in Lowell, MA referred me to this place. When I picked up my car it was looking like it just came out of the factory. They did an amazing job on everything that was redone on my car. Their service is AMAZING!! I am a student, so paying for car fixes is really difficult, but Ben gave me a great price and the service was great! They treated me like family and took great care of my car. They took a bit longer than I wanted to, but my car came out so much better than I expected it to, so it was definitely worth the time because they really put in the effort to fix your car

I had the occasion to meet the service coordinator of Ben Auto and in a conversation talked to him about some issues I had identified in my car. The tech was very knowledgeable and made recommendations for other repairs that could be made as preventative measures at the same time the known issues were being addressed. I feel fortunate that all the repairs have been completed and have had my car back in possession for just over a week. Couldn’t be happier enough with the end results. I highly recommend Ben Auto Body in Lowell, MA. They offered to tow my car and give me a rental car for free and took care of all the insurance paperwork on my behalf. My car was damaged in an accident, but it now looks better than it did before. Very pleased with the work they did.

Stay away from these guys. They installed the wrong transmission in my car and said all they could do to fix it was give me half off labor for a replacement. Awful customer service!
