I was rear-ended that crushed my trunk, bumper, etc. Kevin, was a fantastic communicator with me and the insurance company. Both Travelers and Geico were professional, caring, and swift and had conducted follow up at every step. Kevin uses email and texting as well as the phone for quick updates and needed info. Once my side of form-fill-out was complete, all of the communications was taken care of between him and the insurance.He collaborates with a local car rental company, Xpress on Middlesex St. which were also friendly and thoroughly professional. Thank you Don and staff! They hooked me up with a newer model of a similar car to mine which was a nice way to try out a different maker. Still love mine ;)My car looks and feels fantastic! I get attached to my cars. Replacement of parts, painting, and finish work were exceptional. I have been around antique auto restorers in my past. C.A. do not restore antique cars, just to be clear;) I know the work it takes to restore an auto to shine and impress. I was referred to Colonial Auto and would absolutely recommend them to anyone. I can be a tough critic as a customer in general. They even helped me transfer all my stuff from my rental to my car and returned the rental for me!Thank you Kevin, Tony, and team!
