They will change oil but if you turn your back, they will not change oil filter.I learned my lesson to not bring my car to this place.I see the cops there like once a month and that is because of the owners behavior. Always arguing with his employees infront of everyone...unprofessional.Owner should just retire..Jesus help this poor old man, Im praying 🙏 for you.

The guy denied service for no apparent reason at all, extreme rude

Love this shop! My boyfriend has been coming here for years so I naturally trust them to take care of my car! They fixed my brakes and let me leave my car in the parking lot for two days until I was able to pay for the service! Very honest, kind and hard working people!

I have never had any issues here. The owner is very knowledgeable. One of his mechanics (mike) has worked on all 3 of my cars and have done an amazing job. The staff are very nice to me and i frequent there for regular maintenance of all of my cars.

I had the worst experience of my life at place. Very rude disrespectful and uses bad language against customers.

Worst scammers and disgusting service, the guy told me that he will put the car on the street to have me pick it up just because I asked him if he knows what the problem is on the car, instead of telling what the problem is he says I will look and fix tomorrow even having not looked for couple days while the car sits on their lot, just like a thief. Dont go to this place.

I went in to get a donut off my car, have them plug my tire and replace it. Struck up a conversation with a woman who was telling me how great they were with helping her daughter. Before we even finished that 5 minute conversation my car was done. My bill was less than Ive been charged for a shop that just plugged my tire without needing to take my donut off, kindly putting it in my trunk and putting on my plugged tire.They are by far the most courteous and professional shop with the best customer service I have dealt with.When I moved to Lowell I realized they had the cheapest gas around, gas cost the same for cash and credit and they were full service.I will never go anywhere else again. Thankyou to Nadim Moujaes for making this the great experience what is was.

Never met a ruder bunch of people. Very unprofessional and damaged my poor nieces van by revving motor up now she needs a new transmission. Shame on them karma. 2 days before my nieces wedding tonight Valentines night. Van no time to get fixed but we got it out of there and we all rallied to make tonight my nieces wedding a exceptional one....

Quick oil change and didnt kill me on price because it was synthetic like some other shop my girl brought it to last time. $60 vs $100. They did shocks on my truck last winter too for a very fair price. Father and Son work together so Id rather give them my money.

Thanks to Nadim and his son Mikey my service light on my BMW is off . Now I use them for all my mechanical work, but I had brought my car to another shop to get some custom audio work done on it, and they had done some damage to my cars sensors and could not for the life of them figure it out . As soon as I had it towed over to I and M Mikey called me within an hour with a complete diagnosis. . No gimmicks, no run arounds, and no hassles . Picked my car back and it’s running better than ever WITH NO SERVICE LIGHT ON! Keep up the hard work makes customersCome back like myself

I go to this gas station time to time for convenience because its not even a street away from me. When I go today, I ask if I may pay inside rather than at the pump. The kid outside tells me him and this other kid who work there get in trouble if I do that and that if I dont want to pay at the pump I can go somewhere else. He went to go ask the owner who was about to leave. Before he could get a word in, I asked from the pump where I was parked. The kid from outside pursued to walk inside while the one inside was asking me how much Id like. As I was telling him, the one who originally asked for how much Id like, the one from outside tells the one inside to move aside so he can do it and to get out of the way. The owner then walks in as Im paying and tells me he is only doing this one time because they dont usually allow that. I asked him why and he said because he is the owner and he said so. Sorry but just because he says so wasnt validation for me. I told him if I paid at the pump, I didnt want a hold on my account and he didnt know what to tell me. He then proceeded to tell me because they like to have someone outside. I said ok but now your inside and someone else was here so I dont see the problem. He then was quiet but overall, him along with the original gas attendant were disrespectful.

I came in and was helped immediately. They were informative and very personable. They moved quickly and got me through my inspection qith no problems. They even helped me with the screws i needed for my front plate. Very good service i highly recommend.

This place is a rip off and if you dont know your info then the owner will rip you off. He gives one price then charges another and doesnt communicate with you about the extra $$ and is a coward and hangs up on you instead of facing and fixing his mistake. I bring my daughters car in and he gives us a price 2 days in a row same price when i went to pay it was more than we talked about and agreed to and they will not release the car until it is paid!! Instead of fixing my alternator he breaks it and wants to charge me double to fix his mess up dont recommend you going here to get your car fixed plenty of good and honest mechanics out there and this one is not one!! Money hungry people keep yours in your pocket!!

Local family run business Nadim and his son mike has a great reputation who always wants to help their customers. I get my gas full serve there theyve done my front n back brakes for reasonable price oil change stickers tire lugnuts fast and efficiently. They give me their advice on a personal note not just to gain more business but based on the cars needs. Having an older vehicle is difficult to keep up with but I always let them take care of it and in return they provide great customer service everytime. Highly recommended!

Cheaper than anyone else. Its Mobil gas. And they pump for you.

I spoke with one of the guy on the phone to have my car drop off for a repair, the guy sounded like a douchebage. I brought my car to I&M auto care on bridge st. Lowell, MA away for a repair because it closer to my house. Do yourself a favor don’t go there to waste your time and money. The people that work there and the owner are not friendly they will bite.

It is rare to find a decent mechanic guy in new hampshire who will tell u exactly what ur car needs. NADIM at I&M autocare is that mechanic. He helped me out fixing the gear for 200 $ while the other garage tried to charge me 800 $ for it.This guy should be an example for Lowell business people on how to treat customers with respect and decency.Thank you I&M auto care

Robbed me of $80 dollars! do not go here. there are crooks working there that will overcharge unsuspecting patrons. Their gimmick is full service and low prices to lure you in, but they will rob you! I was charged $100 for a $24 gas fill up.

This guy is rude,,I had them do brake lines, decent price,, later noticed lines are not ran correctly, rubbing up against each other hard,, wont be long before they are rubbed through,, before i noticed this, i went back there for a sticker some time later,, i dont think the owner remembered me,, and was extremely rude, bordering on hostile towards me, needless to say i but wont be doing business there again.

It is not good place to go to repair your cars because they cannot fix your car very well and it takes long time to fix it and take a lot of money.

I left my car for a week at the gas station and I came back and he didn’t touch it and after that he charge me $275 and the car still have the same problem I asked him to fix it he told me I have to leave it for him for 3 days more and I told him I can’t because I have work he Flip On me and he told me to go somewhere else after he hustle Me $275 the owner and his son are so disrespectful I won’t call him animal because animals are way better than this loser ...( stay away from this gas station he don’t even Deserve one star
