I went to several dealerships trying to find the right car. When I arrived at 495 Jeep I had the pleasure of meeting Joshua. He was the ONLY salesperson who took the time to go over the entire car with me before I took it for a ride. I didn’t end up buying that car but did end up going back and finding another one I liked better. Going back to this dealership was an easy decision. I met Joshua again and was treated very well. The experience was stress free. I highly recommend this dealership.

I bought my Jeep Cherokee in the summer and absolutely love it. I received great service throughout the process, I wasn’t expecting to be able to leave the same day with the vehicle and new plates and everything else but fortunately they made it possible! I ended up having battery issues but Shah the manager did not hesitate to help me out right away and fix the issue.

They have no communication with customers had to Called five times, and no one answered. Finally got someone, and they had no idea what was going on with the car. Finally got a call back, and was told they needed to keep the car. The next day no one reached out, too let me know what was going on. I had to call to find out it was ready, Picked up my car and couldn’t get my car because there was two cars parked In front of it. As far as work it seems to be ok right now.

Everything was great. They didn’t have a courtesy vehicle there for me, so they called enterprise and got me a car for a discount and only took 2 days to fix my car. Also I was able to drop the rental off with them, then they took care of it for me from there. Issue with my car was diagnosed and fix in under 48 hours. All in all smooth and great service.

Brought in my car for a recall and decided that I’d have them look at more things while I have my keep in the shop. Rear axle noise and an inspection. Dropped it off on Wednesday morning at 1030 with the appointment I had made a week earlier. Never received a call all day Wednesday tried calling from 6-7 multiple times to figure out the status and wasn’t able to get someone to answer. Call the next morning and they tell me they don’t know anything about my car and can’t find it. Eventually they do find it after I had called multiple times about it. Speak with the manager and apologized and said it was currently in the shop being looked at. This is Thursday around 1030. I call again at 430 asking if for an eta as I needed my keep to get to work the next day and was told they still haven’t looked at it and the mechanics leave at 5 and they wouldn’t have time today. Next day I get a call at 2 that they need me to go down there and explain the rubbing noise to them. This is Friday at two I had an appointment Wednesday at 1030am. Never again.

Good overall just so hard to get in touch. Had a missed call but no voicemail (my inbox is not full) so I didn’t know if they were calling for completion or an issue. Called and left a voicemail on the service line - no callback for 2 hours. Called every phone line (service parts and operator) no answer. So I called sales and this nice man walked his cell phone out to service to help me get some answers.

My ram 1500 had several warning lights on called them they and they were able to get me an appointment in a couple days. Dropped off the truck and later that day they called me with a estimate to repair it. They ordered the parts and it was fixed the next day for the exact price they quoted me. The employees at 495 dodge were very professional and made the experience very easy.

My experience with the salesman Eddy was fantastic. He was honest and upfront. He definitely made my experience great.The reason I don’t give 495 a five star rating was because the finance manager was very pushy and he struggled to accept I had alternative financing. And I could tell he wasn’t pleased I didn’t choose the extended warranty packages or the Simoniz treatments.But FIVE stars to Eddy the salesman. He should definitely be a manager……

I have been going here for 3 years to service my wifes car . No complaints about the work that gets done. But damnnnn so annoying everytime that you schedule service no matter if you say just oil change they try pushing 100 other things on you . You could have just spent $9000 putting in a new motor and before you even get to pay they will be like Hey would you like to replace the caps on your stem valves I seen yours are black and we have blues one they say the blue ones last longer and will get you 0.000002 % more mpg.

I’ve had my brakes and rotors replaced 4 times and calipers replaced twice by this shop over the course of 7000 miles. They can’t seem to figure out why the brakes keep going bad. This last time they took a week to get it in, and 4 days to get it back to me once it was in. Their suggestion was, let’s try this expensive service and see if it happens again. This is a factory repair centre that can’t explain why the brakes keep failing after 2-3k miles, doesn’t have parts on-hand, and doesn’t have the bandwidth to service what they sell. I won’t be buying another car here and I’ll probably avoid the brand altogether. The one positive I can say is they at least hired some new folks who try to be polite and friendly while demanding an arm and a leg.

Eddie in the sales dept. Is fabulous. Great to work with we bought 2 vehicles from him and will hopefully continue too. The service dept is horrible though. I’ve been dealing with a oil consumption problem for 2 years now and because the service dept did not document it well. I have to continue to be in the test before they can fix it. Even when they know the problem causing it. It was a struggle to get any sort of paper work when the car was low on oil. They always said a manager had to be there and they couldn’t give me any type of paper work. Hopefully I can get this fixed sooner than later. (UPDATE)****** since I have posted car has had same the problem as before and I checked the oil and the dealer has put to much oil in.

Took my vehicle in for a warranty repair for som body work. Made an appointment they took some photos to submit for approval. Once the repair was approved we made a date to bring it in for repair. When I brought my vehicle in they gave me a loaner to use. 10 days later it was done and looks great. The only negative part was the time involved for the whole process to take place a little over 2 months. Most of that was waiting for the approval from Chrysler.

Dave was great, and they are fortunate to have him there, and unfortunately, I cannot rate a business based off of one person. My overall experience wasn’t a good one for it being my first car purchase.It’s barely been a month since I’ve had my Jeep, and I may need to get four new tires because of a bad patch job done to one of the tires. Maybe that’s why they wanted to offer a warranty on my tires when I was signing my paperwork. It’s a 2018 Grand Cherokee; perhaps I was naive in thinking the tires would be new/newer. The lack of overall transparency when you’re trusting a company to provide goods and services was disappointing. Needless to say, I won’t be recommending any of my friends or family to buy/lease from there.

I left my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for an oil change and tire rotation and interior detailing. What was a 3 yr old, well worn in Jeep with dirt and dog snot and who knows what on the seats - is now a “show-room” quality, clean, Chief blue Super Jeep!All of the stains in the seats are gone! Dog slobbered windows are Spotlessly clean! Dash dirt and muddy floor mats are sprawling clean! Every nook and cranny was perfectly cleaned! They did a great job!Oh and the oil change and tire rotation was done too.

I am so happy with my new Jeep from 495 in Lowell, MA. When I visited the dealer, my goal was to ask a couple of questions and “peek” at the car I was dreaming about. However, I was able to take my brand new Jeep off the lot within just a couple of hours of working with Josue B. I went to test drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee 2019 limited x and I took a look around and I notice the vehicle did had repair jobs before, how many? i don’t know!. but the door driver side vin sticker it was peel off for paint job the front bumper and the driver fog lights were not adjust properly what make me think that the car did had an accident before carfax says clean no accident REPORTED. be aware when you go to buy a car. look out for sign of accidents or repair jobs

I inquired about a RAM 1500 and within a few hours I reached a deal over the phone. I offered to put a deposit but was told there was no need if I was coming in today. I left my house 30 minutes later to make the 2 hour drive and even confirmed I was on my way. A little over an hour into the drive the sales manager Doug called to tell me they sold the truck to someone else and that it wasn’t available any longer. “I don’t know what to tell you” he said when I shot back at him. I was shocked. I decided to call the general manager Shah because this must’ve been a mistake? I was told by Shah “bird in the hand”. I continue to be amazed by the lack of customer service out there today. 495 CDJR certainly takes the cake with this situation.**responding to the comment below** My deal was never contingent upon a trade. In fact, the salesman and I discussed this prior and I said I already had an offer from Carmax that I was going to take. I was driving the truck to go purchase the vehicle so of course I’d see if 495 was interested. It was never a contingency which I made clear to the salesman. I agreed to purchase the vehicle after they accepted my offer on the new RAM and started driving to the dealership 30 min later! I’m amazed at the pushback from 495. Extremely poor business practice.

Update 9/13/21Brought it in for first service (5k miles). They were very jigs but Luigi is terrific advisor and i was beyond grateful for his attention to my questions.Salesperson David Duffin, the principal owners, and finance team all went above and beyond to make it a very pleasant experience. Patrick was very helpful answering my question and had a lot of great information about the vehicle I am looking at.Since my original review I purchased a new Jeep Wrangler and had a 2 lift kit.Patrick and the crew were very helpful and the work was completed when they said it would be. When I took delivery of the vehicle you could not tell it had any work done to it, besides the height difference. It was as clean as it was when I test drove it. I absolutely love my Jeep. I plan to continue to use 495 as my service department, even though there are other dealerships much closer to my house.

Decent experience- only went in for a service and was in/out in under an hour. However, Ive owned other (high end) brand cars and when servicing my cars at other dealerships, it was nice to receive complimentary services such as a quick/easy courtesy car wash and interior vacuum. Those little extra customer service details really make the customer feel appreciated and say thank you for supporting our brand. I feel that Jeep should be more outgoing and show more appreciation to their customers. Also, the staff could be a bit more lively and hospitable, vs just treating customers as just another service ticket. I guess you get what you pay for and Jeep isnt a high end brand, so you dont get the high end service - shame though, since its an American brand, youd think you would get quality service.

This dealership is no where near my house, but I had good luck with them when I bought a 2017 Ram from Phil a few years ago.So when my wife wanted a new Jeep, we took a ride up there. Phil still works there, but had gone for the day and we were helped by Bill.We left 45 minutes later with a deposit on a new Wrangler. I was able to find and purchase the exact 1500 that I was looking for. Patrick did a great job going over all the features of the truck and the buying process was painless. The only thing is that after I purchased the vehicle, I was told the truck was shipped without the Certificate of Origin. I was told it should only take a couple of days to come in but the couple of days turned into two weeks. I reached out about my frustrations and was told I would be receiving some “Ram swag” for the inconvenience. That was at the end of April and it is now the end of May and I haven’t heard back from anyone. I understand that some circumstances are out of your control as a dealership, but I am disappointed with the lack of acknowledgement or accommodations made in response to such a major delay, especially after my down payment was cashed in the meantime.

After discussing the work to be done on my Jeep the service manager needed a second opinion before taking my vehicle in. Made my appointment 1 week before bringing the vehicle in. I needed the mirror on the passenger side replaced. The truck also had three software updates and a tailgate latch recall. When I brought the vehicle in they had none of the parts on site. The had to keep the truck an extra 24 hours. Their communication was terrible as well. They didnt return my calls and never let me know when the vehicle was ready for pick-up.

I have been to multiple jeep dealers and this one is by far the most helpful and friendliest! I live about a mile from another jeep dealer but travel out of my way for the great service and helpful staff! I recently had a very stressful situation, went to methuen where I initially purchased the car and left there in tears. I stopped in at 495 Jeep and they helped me within a few minutes without knowing the unnecessary stress the methuen location just caused me. Over the winter my husband dropped his keys while snow blowing so of course the key fob got destroyed, I went to acton and they wanted me to wait outside with my two small kids while it was 19 degrees and sleeting out while they reprogrammed the key fob. I left there immediately, headed over to 495 and was greeted with a warm waiting room and offered coffee and hot chocolate for the kids. 495 jeep had no knowledge of these instances but treated me like a valued customer right away. Customer service is everything and it’s hard to come by these days! I will never go to methuen or acton locations ever again!

I have been using 495 Jeep to service my 2015 Promaster 2500 since last July.Calling ahead to make an appointment has been easy and I get in in short order. They work well with my extended warranty company.The intake staff are kind, courteous and professional. My only complaint is they do not give you a report on the 27 point inspection they offer. Other companies will print out the results of those inspection like tire pressure, levels of fluids, wear on brake pads etc. .I highly recommend this company and I will continue to use them for my Ram van needs.

I could not find the service desk at first. Finally asked a man in the waiting room where it might be and he said to the left out the do not enter sign. The gall who helped me, after I went back out and drove my jeep in, was friendly and accommodating. The only thing that bothered me was when I got home and was removing the coffee cup from the floor on the passenger seat area, I found the cup had been dropped and chipped . I know I should not have left it, they were changing the air bag. I feel the mechanic should have informed me of the mishap. Other than that the only other problem was nobody on the sales floor even looked up at me as I inspected the jeep pickup on the sales floor. I was interested in taking a test drive in one .

I have always had great service with 495 Chrysler Jeep Dodge. They have serviced both of my PT Cruisers for the past 20+ years. All the technicians are pleasant, polite and honest; service is always excellent. Except for one bad new battery (which was promptly replaced), I am fully satisfied with the staff and service from this establishment.

Was not advised the repair for recall would take 3 hours to complete and when I asked how much longer after 2 hours and 45 minutes I got attitude from older male service rep. They charged a ridiculous amount to replace my windshield wipers had I know that it would cost 75 for that alone I never would have agreed to it if the dealer hopes for repeat business in purchasing or service they need to improve

Was in and out in an hour for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection sticker! Mike was fabulous. Made certain my dinosaur decal was not disturbed when replacing my sticker!! 😊

I returned services call 30 minutes after Cassandra left a message. Left Amy number with another service person. No call back after an hour. Called again. Not available. Received call back 30 minted later.Received call Jeep was ready just being cleaned. Then second call that alignment was not done because machine was down. She took off the service charge. Upon arrival home discovered the 5th tire was not rotated in rotation as written in service contract. Questioning whether the rotation was done at all.Call placed to service. Cassandra again not available. Tech wanted to reschedule rotation but I asked when alignment machine would be back up and running. He did not know.I am currently in town caring for my dying mom. I have had derive dine here before which was stellar. This was disappointing.
