Very interesting experience dealing with this businessWanted my vacuum repaired but parts were no longer available. I asked for them to just clean it really good and I would just use the attachments because roller couldn’t be repaired. When I picked it up the charge was higher than discussed and it didn’t look very clean so I questioned the charge. I was sent back to talk to the repair man. He became very upset and tried to accuse me of never answering my phone. He claimed he had tried to call me several times to ask if I wanted him to put a used roller in but I never answered so he was just trying to do me a favor by repairing it and that he did clean it and it was really dirty. He started taking apart the vacuum to remove the used part he put in. I said one, you never called me and two I was just questioning the charge because I didn’t know you put a used part in. It was so weird. I have never been a customer anywhere and been spoken to like that. I said I’ll pay for the part just give me the vacuum, handed them $50 and said I don’t want any change and left. So weird. I will never step foot in there again. How do people stay in business with an employee like that?

I would not even a one-star rating except that I have to get bags there. The customer service there is unbelievable--unbelievably awful, or non-existent! This place is definitely NOT. West Texas friendly!

I was looking for an appliance store for a new gas range when I came in here, this place is more like Aarons or Rent a Center that sells on finance plans at higher than normal rates mostly catering to low income people with limited options. I was once like that but fortunately I now have much better options for my needs.

We went here for a washer n dryer a few yrs back and theyre wonderful to do business with.

This place is great. They are honest and trustworthy. I will not take my vacuum anywhere else.

Wouldnt do warranty work with a balky vacuum recently purchased from walmart. Wanted me to take it back. Argued on the phone with the Eureka people about it.

Terrible customer service over the phone. Called for a replacement filter and could not get find out anything because the repair guy wasnt in. Come on, you run a vacuum sales, parts and repair store but only one person knows anything about your stock???
