Sean is great!!! I bought a used Polaris Ranger off him at a great price. When I took it out for the first time I had a little issue (not his fault, just a fluke.) I call him the next day, and he fixed the machine and made it right at no charge to me. He is easy to deal with and seems like a straight shooter!!! I prefer to keep as much of money as I can local, and this a great family owned place!! I definitely recommend these guys!!

My experience with City ATV in Lubbock was very good. The frank conversations I had with Shawn and his father were welcomed, They didnt BS me but gave me the straight scoop on what I could expect from each of the ATVs I was considering for purchase. Its possible some of the other reviewers interpreted their honest direct approach as rude. I didnt. I would rather deal with someone who is straight with me.There was a mix-up in my deal that was an honest error and it was corrected very quickly once we agreed on how to correct the situation.I purchased a 2017 Honda Pioneer 700 in January 2020 which has proven to be a very good purchase for me. The SxS UTV has performed very well and has been better than advertised.Other dealerships I looked at in the Panhandle of Texas were selling worn out junk for the same price. The ATVs in stock at City ATV were clean and in very good shape, generally low mileage/hours for the asking price. Shawn told me they go through each one to make sure they are serviced and in good working order before they go into inventory and the ones I looked over and test drove reflected that.I would recommend City ATV in Lubbock to my family and friends.

Bought another utv from Shawn this makes 5 in the last 4 years great person to deal with.Have never had one issues with Idems purchased. Great people

If you are looking for a good used atv or UTV that want break the bank, this is the place to go. I purchased a Ranger at half the price of a new one, but looked like a new one, when you walk in the place you wil think they are all new, that is how nice they are. Shawn was very helpful at helping me find the right one, and the plus is they service after the sale when you need it. Will be a customer in the future

I bought a Ranger crew from Shawn and Danny around 18 months ago. The guys worked with me to help me find the right UTV and outfit it with the appropriate accessories for my needs (ok, mostly wants-- dont tell my wife). It has been terrific! Additionally, I had them service my Ranger once I had it about a year. Quick turnaround, fair price, and great work. Would highly recommend these guys. Ill be buying from them again!

Ill never do business or even recommend anyone to these people. Not even a thank you or have a nice day after spending 15k with them. Just Here you go and dont come back. I am from out of town and I tried everything in my power to get cash to buy a unit and these guys are a dealer and would not do anything to help me get money for them. They had fees for everything and of course the machine I bought has had nothing but problems. SO PLEASE DONT GO THERE!! THEIR A RIP OFF.

My neighbors told me about this place. So, I bought a Honda Rancher from these guys and it’s been great. Lots to look at. Very impressed with thier inventory.

City Auto is the only place I will take my business in Lubbock! The owners are very knowledgable of the units they are selling. I came in with questions and they were answered entirely and they were very helpful in my purchase! The shop was extremely clean and very appealing! I highly recommend city auto atv for any purchases or repairs.

Extremely difficult & rude to deal with. We were trying to get a signed copy of the bill of sale for an out of state purchase. What we got was a rude salesman/staff & essentially a reply of, just sign it yourself. These people arent nice, professional or helpful in any regard. Go elsewhere

Shawn the sales person is very rude and is in my opinion the opposite of a salesman. They tell you they will work on the price the tell you they already did. They charge you 29 dollars for inventory fee and 400 dollars for a freight fee. They take the NADA value and up the price by 3-4000 dollars. If it has any extras on it they charge you as if they put the extra on it and charge you full retail. Horrible experience dont buy from them. Over priced and RUDE!

Very rude, even our banker when speaking to Shaun said he was an A$$! Unwilling to wheel and deal, says hell work with you, then says hes already lowered the price! Wasted trip, wasted day going to City Auto ATV........

I took my four wheeler to this place they guaranteed me it would be fixed. I paid the money. Over $1,500 and when I had the same issue a few days later after picking it up, I returned and they told me it wasn’t my problem that it wasn’t fixed.

Have bought several utvs from Shaun. Very honest and helpful everytime. To everyone saying hes rude, go get lied to by the other dealers in town. Honest and rude are not the same thing.

We have purchased three 4 wheelers and one Ranger from this place. We were sold the Ranger as brand new....until we noticed it had been wrecked and frame had been welded...this was not noticed until recently. Before finding this out we bought one of the 4 wheelers as new and the transmission went out in a month NO warranty NO title still.! The other two 4 wheelers were bought in between these two. If we had know about the ranger or the transmission in the new 4 wheeler we would have not bought the two used ones. Please DO NOT buy from this place!We do not feel there is in any honesty in this business. Stay Away!

I know 2 people who have tried to do business with this organization. Extremely rude owners/staff. Unwilling to answer questions in a decent, helpful tone. Needless to say, my family purchased elsewhere. I am dumbfounded how they are even still in business.
