I showed up with a weedeater that wouldnt work properly. The shop was very busy at the time, but I was helped immediately. Turns out the fix was very simple as it had not been assembled properly at the retailer, and the owner fixed it for me for free. I am super grateful that I didnt have to go out and buy a new weedeater. I would recommend this shop to anyone with small engine problems!

Picked up my mower and it looked and ran like new. I was very impressed how well it ran. Very professional management and staff. Was told upfront how much the minimum rates were and every question I had was answered. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

I had a commercial mower I needed fixed while my other one was down. Another shop told me they couldnt figure out what was wrong with it. Lubbock Lawn Mower and Small Engine Repair was able to find the problem and fix it in a timely manner so that I was still able to service my yards. Bottom line quick and easy to deal with.

Lubbock Lawn and Small Engine has worked on our Ferris mowers and several others. They do a fantastic job for us and it is a quick turn around. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our mowers and weed eaters.

Brought a practically new weed eater in to flush the carb and these people charged me $115.00 . Ridiculous prices I could have bought a new weed eater for $20 more. I also told the lady up front to call me with a quote because I didn’t want to pay more than $50 . Left very frustrated and manipulated. I won’t be back I suggest highly no one does!

Dropped my weed eater off and they told me it would be $30-50. Took 2 weeks to get fixed. Picked it up, it’s $100 charge. I could have bought a new one. Didn’t even call me to get consent to charge over the $50. Got it picked up and it takes 3-4 pulls to get it going. Will be taking it back. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
