Very organized and clean, extremely nice customer service, has more than your avarge target

Clean store and good customer service. However, I’d advise looking closely at purchasing fresh flowers here, as well as any plants. Twice, I’ve come specifically for those items (once, during a time Target was spending MILLIONS of dollars on marketing a potted plant line for homes with some “high brow” industry name), and the plants - potted AND “freshly-cut” have been nearly-dead, dry as a desert, and ugly… but asking for high-dollar price! Management needs to pay special attention to those details, because it’s the attention to detail that truly shows how an operation runs.

I found a couple items that I could not find at our local grocery and found them at Target. This was great.However, my sister-in-law needed some items because of lost luggage upon her arrival here. There was nothing for her to purchase. The styles were boring, no lingerie in her size or any sleep wear. Very disappointing for her. She was able to purchase her makeup and hair care products.

I love this target it has a bunch of stuff the other on university doesn’t but it’s always so busy, I’ve tried going at any time of day and it’s just poppin. Nice workers though!!!

Love this Target location. We had the best check out experience today. Our check out girl was named Emma. She was very helpful and helped us save money by signing up for the Target red card. I wish everyone was as polite and helpful as Emma!

We asked for help and Dewey was extremely patient and quick, he even ran to the back to grab the sale item we were looking for. He saw us again later and greeted us and made sure we were doing great.

So extremely upset that I spent 24 hours waiting on a Shipt order that I accepted last night that I had to shop for tonight and deliver. Right after I finished shopping for an hour communicating substitutions for several items, I go to process order, and the whole thing cancelled out on me. No reason, no way to contact the customer anymore, and just a “sorry we don’t know what happened”. Mind you it is Friday night. It’s busy in target, and I can think of a thousand other things I could’ve spent my time on tonight.This was a complete waste of my precious time, gas, and money.I think your order process needs major improvements on prepaid Shipt orders. Payments should be cleared before we ever accept an order. I will be hesitant to waste any further time with target or Shipt thanks to this frustrating experience.I have already taken this matter to Shipt, they are aware, and only explained what might have happened. Who knows what actually happened? No one knows. All I know is I don’t have time for this, ever again. Not worth risking again.

I appreciated that it was not required, but that the drive through and pick up people were more than accommodating to my mask request. They were very polite and helpful, thank you:)

Today an employee, Kindley, went ABOVE & BEYOND for me! I was shopping with my two toddlers and asked about the sweet potatoes (sign was there but no sweet potatoes). She let me know she was not in the grocery department but still went and investigated. A few minutes later she returned with a box of sweet potatoes. She could have totally told me it was “not her area” but instead she stopped what she was doing, called around, and returned with sweet potatoes. Loved the customer service and the help she provided!!

No mask enforcement. Maybe 50% of people had masks on. I was checking out and asked why they arent enforcing Targets national store policy. Manager and cashier were nasty about it. The manager that was there on 12/6 around 5 p.m. with brown hair told me she personally isnt going to enforce the mask policy and tried to push me out of the store for complaining about people not wearing masks. I sent the pictures and videos to Target guest relations.

I want you target guys to not make a rule about selling 5 Pokémon cards per day if you keep that rule I’ll sued you

I love shopping here, but today I experienced the worst customer service i’ve ever had :( The woman watching over the self checkout was so rude when we had a coupon to scan. She scoffed, came over, and just stood there. After a moment I decided to explain that we had a coupon that needed to be approved. She proceeded to say “well if you would get out of the way I could fix your problem”, even though we weren’t even standing in front of the register!! Even if we had been, a simple “excuse me” would have been so much more appropriate. She seemed like she hated her job or something, but that’s not an excuse to treat a paying customer like trash. Target please fix this

The pizza hut inside this store didnt even have pizza.... thats pretty sad.. Target gets the bad review because the actually allow this..

Our daughters have been wanting a Nintendo switch forever so saved up all of their cash and gift cards to get one. We looked online and saw that this store had limited availability so called but the answering states that due to high demand, the staff can’t look up inventory. So we rushed down there right when the store opened and we saw a sign out front that said that they were out of Nintendo switches. So we hustled back to the electronics department and asked Eric for help. Eric walked us over to the Nintendo section and they were out. He then check their store inventory list and found that they had received a couple but he figured that they would already be sold. Eric went in the back of the store and was gone awhile. Eric came out with a scanner in his hand. He said “I’ve been looking for the scanner for a while now… I also found this!” Erik was holding a Nintendo switch. He then patiently walked us through step-by-step how to maximize our gaming. Eric rocks!

Target has a good variety of everything. The store is neat and clean. The store employees were very knowledgeable about where I would be able to find what I was looking for and very courteous.

Very difficult to find assistance in the store. Prices for clothing are higher than expected and a limited amount of clothing for plus-size women.

Target always has good deals that make my shopping worth while. As long as I can continue to get coupons and deal and combine them. I wont be shopping anywhere else.

Love the store and the workers. I felt compelled to write a review after I went in last night to grab a few things and while standing in the line for self checkout Madilyn was very friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be working. She was effective at her job while putting in extra effort. I’ve never had any problems and will continue to visit the store.

It was soooooooo easy to do order drive up. I clicked the button that I was on my way and there was someone already waiting there with my stuff. So incredibly easy (and at 8 months pregnant that is a HUGE plus).

I never have to wait literally more than 2minutes. This location is awesome. I can walk in and be out in under 3min

This is the nicer Target in Lubbock. The electronics department is very nice and the salespersons are friendly and helpful.

Not impressed with health safety. Very few customers wearing masks. Too crowded. I was very uncomfortable.

Workers not knowledgeable on any products available or could not buy products and they knew nothing on why we couldnt buy what we needed

I went into Target and spent quite a bit of money, including 2 different baby monitors. There were signs in front of the baby monitors that stated in bold print that I would receive a gift card if I spent a certain amount of money, which is what prompted me to purchase the monitors (as I did not specifically go into the store to purchase any baby monitors) if I open over $100 on baby care items. Christina was my cashier when I checked out. She spent a LOT of time helping me install the Target app (Im awful with technology) and told me all of the benefits and how to use the app in in order to receive all possible discounts. When I checked out, Christina told me that my baby monitors did not qualify as baby care items. I questioned this and told Christina that there was a sign in front of the monitors describing the discount. She had Anna go check on this, and Anna came back and told me that these cards were not for baby monitor purchases. I still knew what I had seen, so I asked to speak to a manager and Melissa (a manager) went to the baby area of the store with me. I showed her the sign that I had seen. She showed me the part of the sign (in very small print) that described what items qualified for the gift cards, and, it did not include baby monitors. However, Melissa determined that the sign was improperly placed right by the baby monitors and apologized. She then gave me the gift cards that I thought I was supposed to get. All 3 of these ladies were nothing by kind and understanding. I know that Im only one out of millions of Target customers, but I will definitely continue to shop at this target (and read the fine print of the signs LOL!).

I didnt receive items I paid for. Quite angry. Ordered pickup and never received my 2 red composition notebooks for my son that I was still charged for. When I called, they were no help.

Target is my ideal place to go. the aesthetic is always appealing, there is always a lot of diversity so you can find just about anything you need. the cost is worth the value of what you get, even with the furniture. and the employees are almost always above and beyond in how they care for you. i am always impressed by something when i come her.

My friend and I called 5 minutes before closing and the closing staff was the absolute sweetest. Our cashier was Gina and she remained energetic throughout the whole conversation. They even went out of their way to bring the game to the register while we made our way to the store. Thank you all for great customer service ! ❤️

I find great stuff there

I have never been treated so rudely before by a Target Customer Service person or a manager. I called to complain about an item that they carry in store and was given the target online phone number but when I asked for the manager’s name because the associate was being so rude, he hung up on me. I called back and they answered but didn’t say anything and then hung up on me a second time. I called back a third time and a manager answered but when I asked about getting the name of the employee who had hung up on me, the manager got defensive and claimed she could do nothing because any employee could have answered and she had no idea who it could have been. She also knew all about my reasons for calling about the item which I had not told her about so I know she knew who the associate was. A good manager would have apologized for the rude customer service and if they didn’t feel comfortable giving me the employees name could have simply said she’d address it with the employee, but instead the manager who said her name was “Jess” said she could help me return the original item but could not do anything about the mistreatment I received over the phone. She was unprofessional and would talk over me and I find it hard to understand how she became a “team lead” I would totally expect this behavior from staff at a Walmart but didn’t expect to be so rudely treated at Target.

Target is ok but pricey. Walmart usually has better deals. The good thing about Target is that it is not as busy as Walmart.

Staff is always helpful, I always see them sanitizing the carts, employees wear mask, a more appropriate and cleanful environment compared to walmart. Would rather shop target any day over Walmart.

Usually I avoid Target because it takes so long to wait in line or be helped. HOWEVER, my granddaughter needed an outfit & I needed some firesticks. I met Eric in electronics. I listened as he waited on another customer. He rapidly rang up the purchase while communicating. Next, I wanted 4 firesticks. He CHECKED to see if there were any lower prices & he gave me the decreased price. He was enthusiastic & easy to relate to. From now on Target is my store. I hope Eric gets a raise or recognition.

This location it perfect they do have everything you feel welcomed on each department I really enjoy visiting this nice location I’m sure the manger working. So hard to keep the store clean and organized

I have been on Tik Tok here lately since quarantine and have shopped the store every single day looking for a particular product. While checking out at the register I met a gentleman by the name of Dewey, I mentioned to him that I come to the store before work, after work because I work in the same Canyon West shopping center and I have had difficulties finding what I was looking for he immediately research the product wrote the item number down for me and was very professional during a busy shopping time seeing the store was busy he made my needs priority and I was not rushed. I have been in management for years, retail as well. Dewey is the type of employee everyone needs Also the type of employee I would’ve immediately hired and valued! Thank you Dewey for all of your help today. :)

Friendly staff and clean store

The people in the store are generally helpful and friendly. The store is clean and most people wear masks. My negative experience has to do solely with the website and inability to find Target exclusive items.

I picked up a highly sought after toy that was sold out from other retailers. It is a Christmas present for my 4 year old who was with me at the time of pickup. I explained to the association how important it was for the toy to be discreetly bagged. She went out of her way to wrap it in bags and instructed me how to transport it without triggering the sound effects. I genuinely appreciate her sincere effort to assist in keeping my childs Christmas wish a surprise from Santa!

Its so easy and so fast. My order was coming out as I was pulling in. Youve worked out the logistics of pickup order perfectly and it goes flawlessly.

I understand they are re-doing the store and it is looking great. That being said, I was planning on purchasing 4 T clothes for my great grandson . All the toddler and infant sizes were all mixed together. Im sure it will get better, but was really disappointed today.

Easy to place online order. Products were ready to be picked up when promised. Products were in good shape, not damaged.

Absolutely love that you dont have to think two or more days ahead to reserve a spot when I can buy online at target or on the app and it is ready for pickup within two hours. It is incredible and makes me love Target that much more.

Kudos to Target on Thanksgiving day!! I have never seen a store this prepared for black friday. Popular items like tvs were placed in different areas of the store to avoid having large crowds in the electronics section. Every single register was up and running, they had employees directing customers, and check out was quick. Also, they had security guards and police officers in the parking lot and inside the store.

Instead of blindly going to the store and hoping my product would be in stock, I ordered it through the Target app and picked it up later. Once I arrived, the customer service reps were courteous and efficient with my pick-up order. Great service!

The store is clean, things are easy to find, quality is great!To me, shopping at Target rather than Walmart compared to shopping at Costco vs Sams Club. Everything is just a bit better at Target and Costco. The stores are cleaner and brighter and the employees seem like they want to be there, helping shoppers.

Employees at this Target are quite friendly and helpful. This Target is always clean with the racks and shelves straightened back up often. This Target offers everything a normal Target would plus a small grocery section with fresh fruit, vegetables and meat products sold.

It had been weeks since my frantic last-minute Christmas shopping spree that I had been to Target. And I was so pleased & excited to see the bounty of beautiful, fashionable clothes that are now waiting in every dept. The best surprise were the wonderful choices available in plus-size!! I was thrilled to see realistically- portrayed mannequins and the bright, bold, colorful selection of sweaters, coats, tunics & so much more! Also, there were many wonderful after-Christmas sales, some as much as 75% off. So, if its been a while since you have gone to Target, give it a try! 😊

I love target however since they have the new self checkout isles their costumer service has gone down drastically. I always feel pressured by the checkout coordinator to use the self checkout but when you have little ones it isnt faster to do the checkout by yourself it is actually not frustrating even.

Holy cow the people here are friendly! I came here the last hour they were open to get an outfit for a job interview the next day and the staff was very helpful in finding what I needed, and even checked in the back. When I checked out 15 minutes before close and realized an item was missing a tag, an employee helped me figure out the price. Great folks!

This store is easily locateable and easy to navigate. The only downfall of this store is the lack of staff to open up more register, as the lines can stack up quickly, especially on weekends. The electronics department was left with no one around except for some lingering employees. Baby registry is often left empty and unmanned. Great for grocery shopping, media shopping, etc.

Quick check out. Has a coffee shop where you can wait for your wife. Also, has a produce section with fresh fruit and vegetables. Some organic. Pretty good selection of wine and they recently added the collection from that couple from Waco on HGTV.

Target offers you a way to recoup some of the cost of shopping there through their in-store rebates (Target shopping card loading).

The associate that came to the car was very very nice. The wait time was minimum and i received exactly what i ordered.
