The girls at the mall location were all smiles and sweet. Greeted you and offered you a bag to shop with. It was nice.

I have to give them a 5 star because I was so shocked when I tried the body wash especially because it DID NOT break me out. I love their products. I will be going there more. Also makes you smell wonderful. Thanks BATH AND BODY WORKS. The foam hand soap is wonderful and it seems like it last forever.

I got followed at this store by a sales associate on Friday. Its very unprofessional, and I hope yall realize this following customers thing is not only noticeable, but a shame. I hope this motivates yall to do more than implicit bias training. The experience didnt leave me smelling peachy, will not be returning.

LOVE their LOTIONS & CANDLES ! Its a GREAT place to shop for these items . Their Candles scents are STRONG enough to Smell in the Rooms.

Everyone already knows this, but you need to hit the sales here and avoid the full priced items. Also, this might be the only retail outlet on earth where the staff is TOO FRIENDLY and marginally aggressive in their welcoming/greeting and upselling approach. Sometimes, I just want to browse and be left alone. Say hi, then move on. Dont stalk me as I walk around.

Love this place, the hand soaps are my favorite about so many others.

(Mall location in Lubbock, Texas) Being 100% honest, this is the only Bath and Body Works location I have actually enjoyed being in. It wasnt overly covered in scents of essential oils and bath soaps. This specific location (from my knowledge it is unique) had sinks to test hand soaps to determine which ones you liked the most.They did have some promotion sales going on, which again contributed to the rating. But most of all the employees were very respectful. They greeted me and the person I was with very happily; and proceeded to ask if we needed any help with anything. Everything was neat and clean.

Was ok until we started checking out sydney i think was her name messed up the price about 3 times then the 4th time another lady came over amd gave us the wrong price then they tried to make us pay for things that the gift cards paid for and then after that messed up the price again finally we just said we only want the things that the gift cards will pay for then she checked us out and we walked out and curious to see if she got it right the last time we checked it and it was wrong again we just went back in and got our money back and she started saying she kept getting confused and that she can try again like no dont try do if you work here you should know what to do when checkin someone out

Consistently rude every time Ive had to deal with a manager. So much so that I had to stop going there. Ive heard the same for Bath & Body Works in other places. I guess the company just doesnt care about customer service.

They constantly have coupons and sales on the great stuff that would normally be too expensive to have. The staff have a tendency to be over helpful, but all in all a great place to find great sents
