Need a more efficient way to pick up meds. i don’t have time to wait an hour in line just for my meds

ZERO stars!!I HAVE HAD IT WITH THE TEXT MESSAGES AND ROBO CALLS TELLING ME THAT MY PERSCRIPTION IS READY ONLY TO TAKE TIME OFF OF WORK TO PICK IT UP AND BEING TOLD WHEN I GET THERE (A DAY AFTER THE TEXT) THAT IT IS NOT READY!!! Im not surprised by the number of reviews that say the same thing I am saying. I WILL go OUT OF MY WAY to inform everyone I know about this!

Amy was so awesome! I needed to complete a covid test and Amy made it simple and walked me through it! She made the experience less terrible!

I scheduled a vaccination online for covid at this location. I asked off and got there on time only to figure out they are out of stock of the vaccine. Do not say you have the vaccine and allow people to schedule to get it and arrange their lives to get it if you do not have it.

The manager clearly doesn’t know their own store policy. He said scan passport photo and reprint in 4X6 paper is not allowed in Walgreens store. It’s store policy.Please, show me where it says that.I used to come here often. But after this, Never coming back.

This pharmacy takes an inexcusably long time to handle cars in the drive through...

Just took some passport photos at this place. First time, the photo resolution was really bad. The employee said it’s because he took the photo too far way. He said he can retake it closer and showed me a sample. It did look much better. So he started reprinting them.However, his colleague(Celia) was mean and very unfriendly. She said loudly to him that “Once you take the photo, there’s nothing you can do to modify and you are not supposed to cut the photos for her, she needs to do it herself”. Well, she didn’t even know the situation and she knew I could hear them. That’s just RUDE.

This is MY Walgreens. Im a regular here. They have a friendly and helpful staff. It gets busy at times, but not as busy of some of the other lesser locations in town. Everything here is so convenient.

Worst pharmacy ever. Long lines. Mixed up meds. Many times.

We have had problems with them keeping medications in stock. My son gets his prescription every 30 days no matter what. You’d think they’d keep it in stock since it’s so consistent; that’s what our pharmacy has always done where we lived previously. They waited until after hours to let us know they didn’t have it and it would take over a week to get it in. He can’t go without it at all and we couldn’t contact doctor since they were closed. It’s a script that can’t be transferred either!! We have always had to wait at least 30 minutes or longer in line as they only have one person working two drive through lines and it’s the same inside too. We shouldn’t have to worry if they’re going to have our son’s meds every month or not. It should automatically be reordered and in stock for him every month.

I dont expect a reply but dont use the app! They never have a order ready even though they send texts saying its ready.

Always used walgreens for rxs and too shop but since my son has been placed on adhd meds its been a nightmare filling here, either they are completley out and you have to go on a hunt at other walgreens stores to get it filled or they have to order it and and you have to wait up to 7 days. For someone who has to be on this med all the time its very inconvenient. Will take my bussiness eleswhere... too stressful.
