I went into the store the next day he was kind and very knowledgeable about the mattresses and the adjustable base I was looking for. He was also really wonderful about helping me meet my budget, even calling another location to find the right inventory. This was an excellent experience from start to finish. They were all very professional and helpful. Bryce helped us find just the right combination of mattresses and adjustable base to fit our needs and budget. They did an excellent job making sure everything was in stock and letting us know what time the warehouse closed so we could get a truck on time and get it home to Clovis the same day.

We had a knowledgeable young man put together the mattress and box spring we wanted. Didn’t take much time and he provided the mattress cover before we left the store. Delivery was scheduled for the following week on a day convenient for me. It was an overall good experience.

Gave us pros and cons to every mattress and was not pushy nor did he ever try to up-sell us. Felt like he was just genuinely trying to help us find the right mattress.We ended up getting a Purple mattress and he cut us a killer deal on sheets and a mattress protector, plus matching Purple’s online Black Friday sale.I’m hoping to not be in the market for another 9-10 years but I’ll definitely give them another go when it’s time to get a new mattress again.Strongly recommend you stop here while shopping for mattresses!

We had just about given up finding an affordable king mattress with dual adjustable base when we walked in a mattress store ( wont mention names ) and we thought wed found a great deal but before signing anything we thought we would try 1 more store,and we step into Mattress Firm, we found the same mattress and base and they saved us over $700 YES !!! $700,so when they tell you theyll beat any other price, tell them what the other price is THEY WILL BEAT IT !!!

I hate my mattress, hated it from the first week he kept saying give it time well after 6 months I totally hate it the mattress I got is NOT the mattress I wanted now I hear they discontinued the mattress I have. I think I know why they dropped it.

Selena Moreno in the Lubbock store was amazing! This was the first non traditional mattress I have ever purchased and only the 2nd new mattress I have ever purchased. My husband and I both have a lot of back, neck, hip pain due to old injuries and she stepped me through the benefits of each bed to find the perfect fit for us.
