These fellows really knew the product and knowledgeable of their business. it was a great day and a lot of fun shopping there. Good beds this is our second sleep number bed and wow what a sleep.

I was waiting on my tires to be completed at the Discount Tire next door and we had discussed getting a new bed recently, so I stopped in. Jodee greeted me and asked how she could help me pretty much immediately. She then walked me through the various demo beds and finding my Sleep Number, got me an estimate of my “ideal bed” even though I’d mentioned I was only looking today, not able to buy. Jodee was kind enough to follow up via text and we set up an appointment to talk about our options over the phone for a few months later because we were moving. She followed up with us and was able to help us get a great deal on the bed of our dreams.

Buying the bed was a good experience. Lindsey was knowledgeable and helpful. But no one showed up on delivery day and I had to call/chat multiple time to get an answer. The issue is still not resolved but just wanted to warn others who are taking off of work for their delivery…. They might now show up and you’ll have to call them to see why.

Great experience with sleep number. The staff was very helpful and we felt safe browsing in the store during this whole crazy pandemic. We were the only people there when we went. I think you can even schedule a private visit.

I have never been so disappointed in a product, the side of my mattress has a huge dip in it and it slopes, which has made me fall out of bed twice recently. I am 74 years old and this could become a very bad medical condition. The mattress is 5 years old. I have spoken with support and they said I should not be sitting on the side of the bed. REALLY...... We bought two of these 5 years ago ....1 queen and 1 King. Oh by the way when they say 10 year warranty¡ you have to pay for the time you have used it.

She still took the time to help us without rushing us. She made our experience a great one. Looking forward to getting our bed.

Fantastic Service and the best sleep Ive ever had!

My husband and I planned on buying the bed going in, i just needed him to lay on one and ok the buy. Go into this knowing what you are looking for. It will save you and the sales person lots of time. Online research will give you an idea of what the cost is, but sitting/laying on one will help make your mind up. Brandon was our salesman, he did a good job. Im not a sales pitch kind of person so I didnt like that but he was doing his job. Again I went into it knowing the price and if i wanted to buy so the salesman didnt influence my decision on purchasing.
