The woman inside the store was so rude. If there is an hour change, then post them on the door. Do not be rude and stand at the counter and waved hand signals addas. The store opened at 11:00 a.m., we were there at 11:51. All she had to do was come to the door and explain. She was rude about it. So we decided not to give her our business. Thank you Verizon.
Horrible! My husband and I went to the store on Saturday 10/2 so we can upgrade his phone. The guy said they have the iPhone 13 max pro IN STOCK but we can’t get it unless we buy an accessory bundle that the manager put together which was between $140-190. He said we would basically walk out of here and paid $300 to upgrade to the new iPhone bc the manager is making them sell the bundle in order to get it. Is that even possible or LEGAL!?? I will never support that Verizon retail store.
This has been the best Verizon location I have been in Lubbock. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I will only come to this location!

Extremely rude at this location. Ordered an IPhone 12 for my daughter it came in on November 19th. Never got a phone call or an email about it arriving. Went in to store to receive my daughters new phone, they said well we tried calling you more a month now. Upon going into store Kevin and another guy were so rude I will never go into this store ever again.

I have never been so upset in dealing with V than this store. The lack of knowledge and poor customer service in this place is absurd. Went in to attempt to upgrade my sons phone and we were there 2 hours and accomplished nothing! Kevin, the rep there acts inebriated and can not see the screens hes typing on. So much so in his attempts to access my account, I had to change my pin which Ive had forever. Then my rewards I was planning on using were used in an incorrect transaction he did in his first attempts to help us! Had to change my pin 3 times and lost my device dollars that I have bn saving for months. Just like that. His attempts to correct anything were futile. It was such a waste of time. It was an absolutely infuriating experience. I will not set foot in this location again.
Poor set-up! Not really a Verizon store! They couldnt sell me a phone out right because they wanted the montghly payments, I offered cash for the phone the phone and I have verizon service for years and they refused to sell me a phone. I ended up driving to the other location, giving them my credit card and walking out with the phone.....they lost money because of a so called policy not to sell for retail but only by monthly payments!
One of the most helpful Verizon stores in the area. They have always been great in either troubleshooting a problem or setting up a new device. The manager has even gone above and beyond to help solve an account problem that customer care seemed unable or unwilling to.
They upsell you on products they don’t have. Then feel no urgency to deliver the products. Don’t return phone calls. Don’t keep their word.If you’re buying a commodity product like a phone or tablet buy it from a store that cares about customer service.This one does does not.
I had such a great experience at this location. They were so helpful with an issue that Ive been trying to fix for about 2 months. Well I decided to stop at this location because it was closer to had been running my errands. Well Im so happy that I did. I had been going to the 34th street location and they werent so helpful and attentive. The store on south university will for now on have my business and recommendations

Updating this after the nightmare its been because Rachel misrepresented what she was offering. Had to call in to the call center to try and fix it and they couldnt. Cameto check-in a new phone, Rachel helped us and she was so amazingly helpful. The whole experience was easy, and she was so helpful. I will definitely come back to see her if we need help again.
Employee that helped me was very nice and tried to help me but couldnt. Ordered a phone online and was told to wait to go into the store until i received an email stating that the order was ready to pick up. Ok no problem phone showed to be in stock so i figured that I would get the email later that day, i finally received the email two days later at 6pm. I dont live in town so i had to wait until the next afternoon to pick it up after work. So i make it to the store the next evening to pick up my phone only to be told that my order had been canceled at 2:59 that day, which is less than 24 hours after i received the pick up notification. When I asked why the order was canceled i was told that orders cancel exactly 72 hours after they are placed and that even though it had only been a day since I received the pick up notification the order could not be reinstated but i could place a new order. The problem with that though is that I could no longer get the promotion that was offered when I originally placed my order. So long story short DONT USE INSTORE PICKUP HAVE YOUR PHONE SHIPPED TO YOUR HOME!!!
The folks at this location make everything so easy and fun! They dont hide the fine print and make it all easy to understand! Will always be coming back to this store.

If zero stars was a choice I would pick it. I recently went in here to get my iPhone fixed and felt judged just because I couldnt fix it, when in the end they could not ether. It had to sent to Apple to be fixed. While there I thought I would buy wifi through them. Well in the 3 days I had it, it did not work. Then for me to take it back, I had to pay a restocking fee so I paid $35 for them to take back a product they gave me faulty. Then when I took it back I was told it would then not charge me on my bill. My next bill was up $70 because they did not hold their word to take it off my bill. So I was being charged for a faulty product I took back 3 weeks before. Just AMAZING.
This location is close to home. I came in to offer landscaping services and left with a new phone and lifetime screen protector replacement. I work with Tim the manager he was knowledgeable and helped with every question. You got a customer for life!!!
I visited this location a day or two ago. Dominique Arnold helped me with my upgrade on my phone, She was outstanding! she was very punctual, and helpful. The other employees at this location were also very friendly, helpful and knowlegable of there products. I do see myself shopping at this location again soon for some accessories & my wifes upgrade as well. With that being said, You guys are the reason I am proud to be apart of the Verizon family. Wow what a great place!!! Just switched from Sprint we signed up 5 phones and got a jetpack hum and home fusion with them as well. They saved us a ton of money and the service was by far the favorite part. The salesperson Diego was amazing and his District Manager Tim was terrific. Its rare you see management on the floor working sode by side with a salesman and they stayed hours after close too! Go see this store for any need they were great...
Walked in today to see if I could upgrade my phone, and one of the managers, I believed Diego, assisted on helping me on seeing what phone would be the best fit. Overall great experience.
When doing a simple return of an ACCESSORY (wireless charging pad) which was not connected to any line of service, I first had to wait for the salesman to text someone not physically in the store to ask how to do the return. I then had to wait for the reply. When that took too long he called someone else for directions. After 20 minutes the process was finally underway. Or so I thought. The salesman had no change. I then had to wait for him to drive (in his own words) across town to go to the BANK for change. There are many restaurants, convenience stores, and a grocery store he could have gone into ON THE SAME BLOCK as this location. There was no wait when I walked in. What should have been a 5 minute encounter was turned into an hour+ ordeal. In my opinion the people who work in this store are not knowledgeable, have no sense of urgency, and are unprepared for customer interaction as well as business transactions.
When we walked in, we were greeted immediately, and everyone was very kind! Our sales person (Diego) was very helpful especially at answering all of our questions!

If only there were negative stars...I have had service through Verizon for almost a decade. Never have I felt so used and lower than a snails belly as in the past few weeks. The OTHER lady, a blonde driving a blue Chevy Cruz, has caused the majority of pain. We got the BOGO promo on the Galaxy S9. Lie#1. Turns out its a make 24 payments on one and receive partial credit on the second one deal. I went in fo play of my phone - hence playing off the other phone, right? NOPE!!! Pay off my phone AND pay off other phone as well!! The partial credit was explained - by her - to be a total credit on the second phone. PLUS, when my husbands went to the corporate store, the Male told him if you dont like it, youre free to get another carrier. Hello, T-Mobile.The following review (with 5 stars) was in reference to Keeley, shortly dismissed from this retailer.The young lady that helped us answered all our questions thoroughly, sometimes more than once. She was knowledgeable and courteous even though we came in just a few minutes before she was to close. Kudos to you!

The kid working at this store seems to have little knowledge on the iPhones that he is selling. He told us think they only had the iPhone XS and if I wanted to order the X it would take “a couple days.” I asked what the difference was between the xs and the x and he couldn’t give me a straightforward answer. My boyfriend asked if he could check if they had any of the XS’s for sure, while I was asking my dad his opinion and the kid was short with him and said I’ll check the back if she decides that she wants it. My boyfriend said, “well if she wants it and you don’t have it then what’s the point in us being here, can you just check the back?” And he finally said “ok yeah I’ll check the back..” we came in two hours before close so I’m not sure why he felt the need to have an attitude. This place always seems to have no customers so I guess now we know why.I ended up buying my iPhone XR from the Verizon next to Joes Crab Shack, they were awesome and could answer any question that I had. We will be taking our business there from now on!
