Judy at the mall att store is so much help! I’ve been to 3 different stores around 5 different times to get some help with my new iPhone. I wasn’t getting 5G on my iPhone 12 and everyone seemed to say it was the same problem, my SIM card. I came in to the mall store today not expecting anything but Judy asked all the right questions and got me fixed up within seconds. I wish I had known this and could’ve saved hours of my time trying to fix it. Thank you Judy! She even helped me make sure I was getting all the right discounts for my service. Every other art store to me personally just beats around the bush.

Stopped here yesterday needed some assistance with moving some stuff to another phone and I had the best costumer service from that young man Regan he knew exactly what I needed and I was in and out the store within 10 minutes, best location in Lubbock will definitely go back if I need any more help.

Normally glad to have AT&T as a provider. However, this low review is for this store specifically. I live in New Mexico and was in town today for other things. I stopped in and physically picked up a case for a Galaxy s10 and noted the price. When I went to ask one of the reps, they had the gall to tell me they didnt carry anything for the s10 because it was so outdated. This may not have been an issue, had I not physically confirmed they had the product personally before asking on it.

Amazing customer service. Judy was very helpful when my grandma needed a new “user-friendly” phone that wasn’t a smart phone. 😁 (she was also very patient when my grandma had a million questions about wifi 😄)

I switched from AT&T prepay to their regular cell phone service to be able to upgrade to iPhones. I was told that my first bill would be high but then it would decrease a lot for the second bill and I would receive credit. Instead, my bill increased over $100 and now Im being told that my next bill will decrease and I will have credit. My bill is now almost $400 and I cant afford that at all. I do NOT trust that my bill is going to decrease or that I will receive any credits. They are just giving me the run around. Now I cant switch back to prepay service because I have to pay off our iPhones first and I cant afford that either. Watch out for the tricky salesmen, like Cody Williams. They will lie to you and make you think that your bill will only be around $150 but instead it ends up being $85 more per month. Also, he told me that my first bill would be high, then it would reduce a lot and I would have credit. Instead, my bill increased to almost $400.Now AT&T just stole almost $400 from me, almost my entire paycheck. They claim that I had a payment plan set up but I did NOT!!!!! I did not authorize this payment and they refuse to refund me the money. AVOID AT&T AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are liars and thieves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went in to ask about fixing phone. Guy had NO desire to help, he was tooooo ready to leave at 6pm. We got there at 450 pm. It didnt bother him that he had very unhappy customers!!! He did absolutely nothing to help us or make us want to stay at the store or use AT&T any longer!! We will take our families 30+ lines) and go elsewhere!! Hello Verizon or Sprint!! Hell we may go with STRAIGHT TALK!!!

First off, the tech was a hour and a half late, second, the max i could get is 5 even though i paid for 18 for a whole year, third, the company refuses to give us more than 5 because we have to pay extra, and lastly, the customer service sucks, the wifi is slower than my dead grandma, and its just over all a bad and terrible experience!!!
