This was the cleanest and most organized store I have been to in Lubbock and it had plenty of baskets. Plus both of the Ladies working there were very nice and friendly. Wow!! What a welcoming change!!

I just walked out of your store at 4426 34th st. That has to be by far the nastiest store Ive ever walked into in my life. You couldnt find anything in that nasty mess if you tried. Nothing is in its place items are crammed on shelves that dont belong. Trash and litter everywhere. You cant even get a cart through. Ive always liked Family Dollar stores, but this is awful.

Some other people that work there could be a little bit nicer its not be so rude

Opened late, but other than that it was good.... Just dont expect the door to be open at 8am...

The employee was very rude and said I was banned from coming back because the machine froze on my card for my stuff and it stayed blank! She said they got me on camera and not allowed back in or cops would be called I already called the cops told me to take it up with cooperate I legit went and use my card at Sonic down the street and had no problem terrible customer service!

Management is awesome-to see how hard Lisa works. Every time we go in there-she has her belt on and she’s helping her team with the stocking/organizing/the register/etc. This is our store and I’m so happy to see friendly faces/efficient staff/etc. Best store in Lubbock. Not even a few past disguntled employees who got fired &gave bad reviews could keep me and my family from shopping here! Keep up the great work!

Staff is always super friendly. Great selection and clean. The only issue is that even during their peak hours, when they know its going to be super busy, they still only have one person working the register. The line sometimes backs up into the aisles.

I love the store itself but some of the customer service is not so good. And this particular day there was ice all on the front of the store sidewalk and where you park at. When you got out of your car it was very slippery. I saw an older gentleman almost fall when he got out of his truck.

I can usually find what I need. The store is a little crowded but great when you need something quickly and dont want to go to the big stores. The staff are generally friendly and helpful.

Left without my item, because cashier was rude. He kept mumbling under his breath and acting like he didnt say it. The only reason I am leaving 3 stars is because another worker was very helpful and polite. Wish hed been the cashier. I know the store wont miss my $3, but will never go there again.

Horribly dirty. Overcrowded with new inventory sitting out on carts everywhere. If they had carts you would only be able to take it three feet before having to go another direction due to the merchandise in disarray.

Filthy cluttered mess! Horrible customer service! The manager followed me and my kids around the store and proceeded to tell me at checkout that I shouldn’t “discipline” my kids and should “put them in a basket”. I thought it was inappropriate so I asked for a manager (her), so I asked for the number to corporate, she refused until AFTER I paid for my things. When I insisted I heard her tell an employee to call the cops. Very poor management skills. Will never shop here again. 2 thumbs down from me!

You couldnt pay me to visit this store idc how close it is to home the long time manager is horrible and her assistant managers she has doing two tasks at once have been more helpful than her. Ive overheard her say horrible things about her ataff and also telling her staff to pay closer attention to black customers because of shoplifting. In front of an entire line of customers! You lost a long time recurring customer theres alot of problems in this place!

The main manager Lisa needs to be retrained she does not know what she’s doing half the time I saw her eat a burrito by the register and talking with her mouthful ewww I also saw her steal from the store before a box of shrimp she did it where the cameras couldn’t see her she would do this a lot and gio one of the employees I guess he said that was his name was making out with his girlfriend while he was on the clock how unprofessional And the dude with the dreads I think his name was zay was cool I love him I don’t see him much no more he had great customers service and he would always work hard I honestly saw him n gio do most of the work I miss him I hope they didn’t fire him he was a great worker but yeah they need to close this store down or something to many thefts and bad management or make it a dollar tree

This store has trash everywhere, inside and out. The employees were incredibly rude to a few little children that were walking with their mom, telling them to calm down and stop laughing so loud. I bought a NOS energy drink and at check out I was lectured on how I should not drink those terrible drinks. Definately WILL NOT be back.

I shop here for items that cost less than any where else. I really like the large variety of gift bags!

There were no carts for people inside or outside ☹️ and not that many customers.I had a cane but my back is out the guy working the register, after I ask where all the carts are, told me if I wanted to I could walk out the the road and get that cart.I told if I could walk that far I wouldnt need the cane .Never apologized, but I did him because him telling me I could walk to get one I got upset.Wont be going there again

The experience of the store was a horrible mess things everywhere and dirty the have no idea what they are doing, and you cant even walk down the isles.

This store is always a mess and it smells bad then the staff always watching you as of you are up to something and not to friendly a few times the cashier has been on their phones while checking out others and not doing their jobs correctly my family no longer goes back
