Never buy from this store. Bought a printer that was apparently mispriced on shelf and would not honor advertised price. Store is a dump inside too and terrible service.

Do not go to prints and talk to Vicki! This woman called and told us that our prints was ready on Friday the day before our wedding party showed up and when we arrived to pick them up again after she called telling us they was ready and they are not! Worst customer service from that individual. She should not have a job she just screwed our wedding party invite... never again will I do business here!

Several questions:Why do I need to provide a phone number to buy something? A $3 notebook?Why do I have to decide how to receive my receipt?Why didn’t the cashier thank me?Answers:My personal info is used for marketing (spam) but they aren’t interested in actually providing quality service when I shop there.

Printing was horrible. Brian is not trained properly so I accredit that to poor management. Dont waste your time go to the one on Slide.

This Office Depot often has items in stock when other locations run out.

I walked into you store at 50th and University in Lubbock Texas . I tend to shop here every chance I can cause I love your store. I have always wondered why your store is always slow in business. Wondered why not more people love it as much as I do... well tonight I figured out why . My son needed a desk for his online schooling and every single Desk he liked from your floor model selection was unavailable. And they blamed Covid for not having or knowing when more would arrive . I ask to buy the floor model, no or I dont know is the only response on everything. Now I realize why this store is always so neat and visually in stock of items because yall dont want to sell anything in the first place . Very unhappy ex customer.

Yesterday I went in to upgrade my antivirus which was about to expire. I decided to go to Office Depot since thats where I bought my current PC. I expected to leave it a few days; however Ruben and Nikki tag teamed to have it ready as I waited for it to get done. Awesome! Great job and you did explain yourself very good.

Biggest group of uneducated people i have ever seen. 6 hrs get my computer set up due to there manager inputing my order incorrectly. I would go to best buy over themNo question.

On Friday, February 16, 2018 I made a trip to this store. Was the only customer at the time at 11:20 am when I walked in. There were NO CLERKS disable anywhere in the store.I made a trip to this particular store to buy about $400.00 worth of computer, and related items. After standing by the items I wanted to purchase I began looking for someone to assist me because the items I wanted were under lock and key.I finally say a clerk and tried to get his attention. After having to almost yell at him he was making a bee line to the front and told me He could NOT help me he had to go up front.There were 3 or 4 clerks at the front at the registers so all customers were being helped at the front. Needless to say this statement by a Sales Clerk, he could not help me was not the response I expected or would accept.I told him as I left the store he just lost a sale. And I can tell you that I will NEVER SHOP AT THAT STORE AGAIN. If a sales clerk can not assist a customer who wanted to buy from that store can not do his job then that store does not need my business and will not get any of my money at any point in time and will not recommend this store to ANYONE I know.Too bad, i did initially choose that store over Best Buy, Wal-Mart or any other store. What a mistake on my part.....

Been there twice now. Employees are very nice and helpful. Both times, Jacqueline has helped me with a friendly smile and conversation. I enjoy going here for my office needs and actually have workers interact with me as if theyre not at work.

They are the closest office Depot to me and that is the only reason why I go to them but the last couple of times I have been there it has been nothing but disappointment. My prints are not ready on time and they dont print what I ask for. Im done with this place.

I’ve been to this location twice now, and both times the employees were rude and I received poor customer service. This is the first online review I have ever left, just to put in perspective how bad my experience actually was. I felt like my presence was such an inconvenience to them and having to help me was some kind of horrible annoyance.

I am so thankful for their wonderful customer service! They finished my copy order of roughly 700 11X17 posters in record time, and called me when it was finished. Ruben and Maria in the copy center are awesome. I highly recommend doing business with Office Depot!

I have used this as my office supply store for years. Pretty typical experience for a large chain site. Staff has always been helpful and the place is clean and well maintained. Nothing special but everything you need.

Went in to have pictures printed off that I sent a day ahead and was ignored by the person at the counter. I called from my cell phone to get someones attention and they same person that ignored me answered and said there was a long line and couldnt get to me today to go to the other office depot... there was no line I was the only one there.

Need Ink for my printer, checked both lubbock locations and neither had it. Ordered online for next day delivery and they can only deliver part of my order. Have been without a printer for an entire work week!!!pretty poor service

After waiting several minutes for someone to show up at one of four obviously open registers, an employee chose a different register and offered to help the customer in line behind me.That customer was as surprised as I was and we both mentioned that I was ahead in line. The employee said, Maam I can help customers at THIS register, and motioned the other customer to move ahead.I had several items and was offered a Office Depot credit card, but not so much as a bag to carry my purchased items.Awful service. I will not be back.

Seriously Office Depot?For you to tote a name with office in it, you guys are run more like Garbage DepotAfter 30 minutes of needing help and not being able to get any, I just decided to go somewhere else. I am not sure where the managerial problem is originating, but both the managers, and lazy employees should no longer be employees.To be such a large establishment I assumed that employees are properly trained on how to deliver good or even okay customer service, but that is not the case.Continue at this rate and you guys will have to close along with all the other office supply companies you guys undercut and put out of business.At this point I am fine with paying higher prices at other stores because they have actual custom service. If Office Depot is trying to convert to a self-service only foundation you guys should just go ahead and close all B&M stores and go full online because you wont be getting any clients (ever) from the in-person customer service you guys offer.This is the absolute worst office supply store I have ever visited. I cannot suggest strongly enough to go somewhere else and get actual high quality products, as well as the assistance that you want or need.

Very inexperienced just hire anyone and teach them for 15 min and let them run the whole printing department on their own ruining labels and not even trying to get help from anyone else!! Emery at Office Depot fed my labels though a test page and the setting were all messed up and nothing they can do since they only carry cheap Avery and their silver “kraft” paper!! never taking my business projects to them ever again to make it worse the manager was no help. I really really really hate when they stop in mid conversation just to help the next person in line i guess since I’m already there just make her wait another 20 min!

If you are in a pinch and need something the same day this place will work for a stop in and grab. But if you dont need it in less than 48hr Im pretty sure you know where to go for it at better prices and never leave home.
