They installed steel siding to our house - on the eaves, our patio, on our dormers and other places we had wood siding on our house. They were extremely professional with outstanding, quality work. The workers were efficient and the work was impeccable. We had many questions and they answered every one with sincerity, showing extreme interest in our concerns and were VERY patient. Mr. Jones came by to visit with us to see if we had any questions and/or concerns - which we had none - stayed and visited with us for about an hour. We couldn’t be happier with the people and their work - they took GREAT PRIDE in their work - from matching the color to our brick to the installation of the siding - everything was done with precision and perfection. They even installed the outdoor lights (we purchased them and they connected them) on the garage and the back porch. We will never have to paint again and we are soooo very pleased with the siding and the wonderful improvement to our house from Jones and Associates.

They gave us excellent professional service from start to finish and answered all our questions about the entire project and benefits with replacing our windows. We had several windows and a door replaced, and they did a great job.

The windows at my house were the typical builder-grade aluminum windows. During the ice storm, it was almost like a window wasnt even there because there was so much cold air coming in. I researched and found out that Jones carries Simonton windows, and they are extremely high rated. Some of the measurements were a little wonky, and those windows had to be special made. They actually were made about a month earlier than expected. The installation required special fitting of trim pieces, and they went above and beyond to make the trim beautiful and finished. I LOVE my new windows, and I loved working with Jones & Associates.

They made everything so easy from start to finish. The salesman, office workers, and installers patiently answered all my questions without hesitation. The office support made filling out all paperwork so easy and gave me everything I needed for my insurance. Everyone I was in contact with was very responsive to any questions I had. The work (doors, windows, metal roof, and siding) was of the highest quality and looks perfect! I was very satisfied from start to finish and have no doubt that if something comes up they will be there for me. Excellent job!

Jones & Associates installed new windows and siding to our home. Our homes outside structure was pretty aged and damaged so we went the route of siding rather than painting. The workers did necessary rpairs prior to installing the siding. The workers were very professional and patient with our questions. When they needed to enter the house to install the windows, we barely realized they were there. The owner of the company stopped by to check om the workers progress, I cant say anything but good comments about the company.

As part of remodeling my 55-year old house, I decided to install new energy-efficient replacement windows (I still had the original windows). I first contacted a well-known company located in Seminole Texas and ordered 20 replacement windows. I cancelled the project when the windows arrived and EVERY window was too small (the companys measurements were all wrong).I then contacted Jones & Associates. The entire process was much easier--every employee from the salesman, measurement person, and installers were a pleasure to work with. I even received a call from the company president a few days before my windows were scheduled to be installed.I would strongly recommend that residents of the Permian Basin consider using Jones & Associates for replacement windows!

I had a great experience working with JONES and ASSOC to get my windows replaced. The sales person wasnt overbearing and talked in detail me about what would and would not be possible. He gave me cost savings and let me make the decision. Some if the windows had been replaced by the previous owner and he looked up the information so that repairs could be made under warranty. The price was very reasonable and I was given several options for paying. The windows were ordered and installed more quickly than promised. A few issues were encountered during the installation, but the guys installing them talked with me immediately and the issues were resolved. The windows look great and I have been very pleased with everyone I have encountered throughout the process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to get their windows replaced.

Had four windows installed. This was a good experience from the start. It was not an emergency so it took a couple months to get the windows built and then installed but I knew that going in. The installer did an excellent job and completely cleaned up after he was done! Could not ask for anything more!

The crew that came out were very professional. They were here on time, stayed late, and cleaned up every night. As we have dogs, they made sure that gates were shut and locked at the end of the day. We just had a complete window with frame replaced. Great experience from the time we first got the estimate to the completion of the installation. Friendly and did exactly what they said they would do. I would highly recommend this company.

Shady business practices. Jones had an incompetent sub-contractor roof our house. The foreman was not on the job to supervise. At least keep the sidewalk to our front door free of debris. Getting in and out of our house was a hassle. I ended up stepping on a nail. Then I noticed the sheathing on the corners of the house were rotted. I had to tell them to repair it otherwise they would’ve shingled right over it. I asked if the rest of the sheathing looked good and of course they said yes. I shouldn’t have taken their word. I inspected the final product and there are now several soft spots on the roof. You can see the warped wavy patterns on the roof. Jones also failed to repair our chimney even though our insurance covered and paid for it. I had to have a meeting with the owner, Jeff. We talked about it and he said it wasn’t in their paperwork. I showed him my copy. USAA covered 5 sq ft of siding, trim, the flu cap, and chase cover. So, they send another guy out to do the repair and he does everything except replace the chase cover. I had to call AGAIN, to have them come out and replace the chase cover. In the end, Jeff Jones said he did it as a freebie for my troubles. FREEBIE? USAA paid for it to be repaired! Had I not inspected the work myself, they would have gotten away with the money intended for my chimney. Such a horrible experience. We will never work with them again. I do not recommend their services.

We ordered siding for gables on our house. At first, the wrong product was ordered, however Jones & Associates were quick to correct the problem. All work was completed professionally, including all clean-up. A few months after the job was finished, we received a sizable refund check due the price difference in the original order and what had to be re-ordered. This speaks volumes to the honesty and integrity of Jones & Associates!

Would not recommend. Fascia does not match existing fascia. Felt like for a $2100.00 job that took less than half a day that the 45 feet of new fascia should match the existing profile.This is Jay Roberts. This is in response to your reply. We feel like you should have known about our dissatisfaction from the letter that was enclosed with the check stating as much. The check has been cashed. They both were mailed inside the box of coffee mugs. Obviously they were returned as we had no desire to advertise for your firm. As far as the beam we had to take it apart and resquare it to trim out the ceiling of our porch. And by the way it has not been several weeks that we talked. It was August 28th. The day after the job was done.

Oh my goodness! What a wonderful experience we had! The installer showed up and got right to work. Within a few short hours we had glorious new windows!!! He completed his work the following day and I swear, you could never tell any work had ever been done! The area was cleaner after he left than it was when it he got there. Richard was so courteous and professional! I cannot recommend this company enough!

I could not be more pleased with the entire experience I have had with Jones & Associates. When my family and I moved to Lubbock we purchased a lovely older house, but the windows were original 1960s windows, inefficient and in need of replacement. There was absolutely no pressure from the salesman that came out. The installer was courteous and professional (everyone I dealt with from Jones was courteous and professional). If and when further needs arise (i.e. new siding, roof, etc) I will be going with Jones & Associates.

Over priced windows and storm door that do not work right. Never had anyone come out to show how to operate new windows for easy cleaning. Warranty! Yeah try to use that warranty. Freaking worthless. We were told had lifetime warranty on door, windows and glass. Storm door window finally shattered and called for warranty. Yeah right. Mr. Jones said it would be around $500.00 but being the great guy he is, (being sarcastic) Mr. Jones offered to pay half.Lol, I repaired it for $75.Yelp, PROOF IN THE WARRANTY.
